Worst customer service but tasty food. The order clerk was busy for over 2 minutes w/ pastries. Finally had to ask kitchen where clerk was- she finally came, there were 3 customers waiting. We ordered, sat at table , when my daughter noticed that her tuna sandwich was listed as chicken/ almond. I went to register- clerk was telling story to customers about not serving Coke products that the customer said" thats effing stupid". As it was my turn to correct the order, I explained that while wearing the uniform, she should not use that language around customers - she then told me to "mind my own business". After I said Wow, I then proceeded to attempt to correct my daughters order- she was not helpful. Did talk to manager, hopefully, she will get a conversation with a written warning- AT Least!!!

Although the food is by far the most delicious, iv been coming to this location for years, the General Manager Jimmy Rogers had always made me hesitate each time I go back. I always talk to the staff when I go inside even in drive thru and I have never heard a good thing about him. He is always rude when he approaches me and has a smart attitude. I feel sorry for his staff having to work with him. Theres something always going on in the back while he is there. If I can notice that being a customer, doesnt that say something? I can understand an associate having a bad attitude but the General Manager? i dont think so. Worst panera location Ive ever been to. Kathy on the other hand makes up for it and always makes sure I walk out with a smile :) maybe he should take from her.

Ive always had poor service here including my wife once finding a plastic glove in her salad and the prep lady accusing us of planting it there. The manager asked if we would like a new salad (which seems to have an obvious answer), but did not apologize for the accusation, nor did he relocate the gloves that were stored above the prep area where they could easily fall down into someones salad again. I never want anything free, but I do like to see someone taking steps to prevent future bad situations. Also, employees accusing customers is inappropriate. What is appropriate is for the employee and manager to both be genuinely apologetic and to work to correct the mistake as quickly as possible. Sadly, Ive had other awkward experiences there that preclude us from returning.

I hadnt been in a long while, now remember why. My sandwich was missing cheese and the bread was super tough and our soups were cold. A manager (?) Stopped by our table and said he would fix it, then forgot about us. Noticed on the receipt that it said if order was wrong that they would fix it plus give you something sweet. This wasnt offered but we asked on our way out. Was told that we could pay 99 cents for it. Pointed out what it said on the receipt and was told they know nothing about that. Hmmmm. She ended up giving me a prepackaged cookie after showing it to her and making her read it. After spending $25 on 2 sandwiches and 2 soups that was just mediocre I will go somewhere else.

It is usually busy when we come here; today was not any different other than when I asked for a table to be cleaned the girl I asked, Danielle, was SO RUDE. I watched her drop the tag on the floor and just pick it up to "clean" our table. Luckily, the manager saw me waiting and asked if all was okay. I told her and she immediately grabbed a rag and cleaned the table. The young man that brought our food was courteous, but Im afraid that the rag the girl I initially asked had was used on another table- without being rinsed or anything. The food was good.. but is that how employees do things?? What else yucky is going on??

Room for improvement but a nice little restaurant for healthy, wholesome foods! I showed up around 5:30pm on a Sunday and it was pretty full! Most of the customers had already had their food and were mostly sitting around studying. Food was nice and the waitresses (counter staff) very polite and easy to talk to. Whilst placing my order though, they ran out of chai tea lattes and a popular soup, which I was going to order, but the other choice was just as nice, no biggie. I will definitely come back as its one of the healthiest menus Ive come across so far in the States!

Dr. Pepper in lobby soda machine was out of syrup. It was not fixed while we were there even though I told an employee. My biggest complaint is the filthiness of the lobby booths and surrounding areas. Absolutely disgusting. This place is in need of some deep cleaning attention. The booth walls are smeared with old food and grime. The yellow blinds above each booth are covered in thick layers of dust and cobwebs. Definitely makes it less appetizing to eat here. If the lobby, which the customers can see are this dirty, what do the back areas of the restaurant look like?

Use to be great, must be under new management now because both the food and the service have taken a nosedive. Ive been coming here for 4+ years, and up until the last few months, the service and the food have been great. But I wont be frequenting this location much anymore. The new manager is a total patsy, and he doesnt seem to be running the show. And some new staff must have been hired straight from the hood, as is evident by their attitudes and dealings with customers. Too many other choices to deal with this lousy service and food.

We are frequent diners and while the food was acceptable, the staff was less than what should be expected. The young lady taking our order had no sales skills. We had four in our party and never heard a mention of choices regarding apple, bread, or chips and no attempt to sell a pastry. This is not the way we have experienced your other stores, all young staff who had on direction from a manager, Store is in need of staff training. BAD EXPERIENCE.

Why do I receive dirty looks for mentioning that my order is wrong? The sandwich, the soup, the sides. For the price I pay, obviously Im going to make sure I get what I ordered? But instead the lady looks at me like Im causing a problem. The manager needs to weed out the employees that dont want to be there. Simple, you dont want to work, then dont show up at all. I will say the male manager with the beard, he took the sting out so I appreciate that.

Best Panera. I have been to many Panera in many states for their Veggie Sandwich, but this location great. They explained different crusts, they customized my veggie sandwich like no other done for me before, they spend enough time to take my order. Specially I like they have all white people in kitchen who I can trust take shower regularly and maintain hygiene. I have been here three times so far. I like this place.

They only get your order right about half the time. Someone put the wrong kind of tea in the English breakfast tea canister and I ended up with some weird kind of tea that I did not want. I asked for a plain bagel, sliced, toasted, and with butter--they only got the plain and sliced part right. On multiple occasions, I have gotten the wrong order completely. Its not that busy, so I dont know what the issue is.
