My family and I ate at BWW last night. First off Austin Harper was our waiter and he was so wonderful. Very intelligent with the Menu and very prompt with our orders and drinks. We had just moved from the DFW region and this was our first time eating out in Waco since we moved here - and Austin made us feel so welcomed and on top of that he was hilarious. Next, when we received the Chili Queso and chips as an appetizer...the pico was brown (which looked like it had been sitting our for a while) and the chips were bendy stale. At this point Austin went and notified his GM Brad Cook, whom was very attentive to how bad the appetizer looked. His first words at the table were "Those are some raw looking chips." and he replaced the appetizer with a new one. Which was 100xs better. All while Austin Harper is coming by every so often to check on us and our order and continuously apologizing. Austin THANK YOU! Then, we received our food order. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich that I always get in DFW and have gotten for the past several years...arrived. A soggy "fried" soft stale tough chicken with 3 thin lines of buffalo sauce on top. You couldve drawn them with a pencil that is how thin the lines were. And I supposed that was sitting for a while becuase I could move the buffalo line with my finger and all of it would move in the same direction. As if it were connected... Now once this arrives Austin sees the look on my face. And we consistently tell him we are not ones to ever complain but I was so disappointed. Austin saw the inside of the sandwich and he just dropped his head and apologized. He was so sympathetic and we noticed that and it was not his fault! Austin H you are simply great. The GM Brad Cook walks by and asks us how this food is... and I persistently said "no no nothing. Its fine. We dont want to complain anymore. Austin has been great." So he persisted and I showed him the sandwich and he replied "Well our chicken isnt tossed in the sauce like Wingstop." We politely said OK thank you that would be all. In a nut shell. The GENERAL manager Brad Cook had no regard for the quality of his food at the restaurant and Austin Harper our waiter was exceptionally compassionate and caring toward out situation. Austin if you are reading this, thank you for allowing us to have a good enough experience while we could and you will do great things in the future!

1 - The place is nice, effort keeping us entertained many options, Basketball, football, hockey... 2 - If you are a group bigger than 4 you will have to wait, place is packed. 3 - Customer Service - management presence is required on the floor 4 - New personnel learning and the restaurant full bad combination 5 - Too much delay since the 1st approach...until finally you order 6 - Drinks are just "mixers and Ice"... 7 - Wings were requested "extra crispy". Not even close, but what if you asked and get them back after a while "burned"... who knows. 8 - The wings came, but no napkins, no plates or baskets for the bones... 9 - Then I asked and got a couple of napkins and baskets. 10 - We asked for fries, we did not get them, when the lady came to the table, I told her, what about the fries? answer: I did not write it, I am sorry. Do you want it?, I told her, no. 11 - But when we were close to end, came twice to see if we were ready to pay the bill. 12 - The failure are not the employees, it is the management that are not doing their do diligence, A- Personnel selection, B - Training, C - Monitoring the customers satisfaction and supporting employees for improvement. 13 - I had great expectations... unfortunately was not. 14 - You have a great place, location and investment... Do what you have to do.

Buffalo OK Wings "Last time I went to BWW on the weekend, they took an hour and a half to get our food out cause they were crazy busy." My actual text to a friend when they suggested BWW. Took eons to get our bill after we finished eating as well. I needed to leave before my accompanying party was actually ready to leave (though they had finished eating) but could not pay my bill up front and could not get my server to my table to give my card to because they were swamped. On the plus side... My server was very friendly, funny, and had a great attitude each time he attended to our table. The location was good, and I enjoyed the bright atmosphere (the old locations atmosphere was crazy dark inside. I felt like I needed Sam Fisher nightvision goggles to see anything out on the dining floor. Jk. No but really...). The many TVs with various sports games and programs helped distract me from the abysmal wait times.

Went tonight because we really wanted wings and the staff was much nicer and the NEW manager was super friendly and made sure we were taken care of. I was recognized within 5 minutes due to the awful experience I previously had! New manager Jana was awesome and I hope they continue with friendlier staff and managers!! Thank you for making it right and making sure we were taken care of today!! Worst experience I have ever had! If I could give them a zero I would! We love this restaurant normally but the last 2-3 times we have come have been ridiculous!! Dont come to this location if you can help it! We have been here 3 hours and have still not gotten our food! 1 hr 30 min wait.. if my son didnt want to eat here for his birthday we would have already left!

We were seated at 7:15 PM last Friday. Our food order was not taken by our waitress until 8:20 PM...only after we hunted her down to provide the order. At 9 PM she stated, "I just put your order in". She did nit understand why we questioned why it took so long for her to put our order in. Once the order arrived it was wrong! I asked to speak with a manager. 30 minutes later I flagged a manager down. The manager confirmed she was notified that we requested a manager. She replied, "I figured it would be best to correct the issue versus speaking with you all." I was flabergasted by her response. How will the manager truely understand a customers concern if they have not communicated with the customer? I will never visit this location again.

I have ALWAYS enjoyed BWW! That is until I moved to Waco. The old store the poor service was only exceeded by the bad smell. Now in the new location, the same poor service but without the smell!! The employees and the manager act as though they couldnt care less that youve come into their restaurant!!! When i ordered traditional wings, the server didnt even mention the fact that boneless wings were bogo! There was no signage or anything on the table that mentioned it either. So lesson learned, if you want to know about specials you have to ask or guess. On the other hand, if you enjoy apathy...go visit!!

I went in to order 5 traditional wings to go. I had to wait 40 MINUTES for 5 WINGS!!! There was only one girl taking care of the take-out counter. She was busting her butt to take care of answering phones, taking orders, running to the back to get the orders. She was definitley overwhelmed! I understand it was a fight night so have more staff!!! You also have college kids back and hurricane evacuees in town! More staff was needed!!
