WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.. Being a visitor from Laredo Texas, never have my family and myself ever been in such an unsanitary and unfunctioning management. I dont even know where to start. The mass of the pizza was raw. It was undercooked. Till now there was no chicken soup, they were low on pizzas, and they took forever to make and The tables in the restaurant were very ,very dirty. There should be more cicis employees cleaning up. THE RESTROOMS WERE VERY ,VERY DIRTY. in the female restroom there was fecal matter on the walls and it was very disgusting. The restrooms should always be clean for any customers to release their waste after a long meal. The soda machine was not functioning, there was a bucket to get ice where people were placing their unsanitary hands in the ice bucket .I honestly think that this unsanitation is unnecessary. The cicis in laredo are NOT even close to being like this.. this place really disgusted my entire family including myself. We were really expecting something similar to home. We are very dissatisfied customers. Please improve. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUISED BY ALL THE OCCURANCE IN THIS CICIS. They were 40 dollars down the drain. Just left this restaurant. The door says it opens at 11am. My phone and my watch said 11:03 am and they were telling me through the window that we had 5 more min. to wait by there clock on the computer I guess. I tried to explain to Ricco, I assume manager? that people who have a limited time on lunch need them to open on time. He proceeded to tell me not to blame him and that its not his fault and that the customer is not always right! WOW GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish Ricco well as I see him never being more than a day manager/cook for the rest of his life for companies that dont mind having that poor poor level of customer service. I will not be going back which is sad because in my opinion the pizza is very good and the desersts are irresistible!! Too bad I wont spend any more money at that location.

This location sometimes keep up with the customer by restocking hot pizza on the buffet. However, sometimes, and some days they dont care. I actually heard a manager say: "will they (customers) have to wait!" In reference to why they dont have pizzas out on the buffet. Hey, I was a line cook for 6 years. I know sometimes its hard to replenish food on the line. But I made every effort to when I was at Golden Corral. I really hope this location improves. I really miss GattiTown Pizza buffet in really.

Manager was rude. They were short staffed and no pizzas on the buffet. Took almost an hour for them to start putting out enough pizza for everyone to have some. I will give them credit. They were trying but on a Friday night you should have enough employees to handle it. I had placed an order for a pizza as soon as I got there. Not realizing they were that far behind. After thirty minutes I asked what was going on and the manager was very rude and short with me.

Some Employees walking around lost not knowing what to do pizza was sitting there a while 3 of the same pizzas sitting out their . A manager came in after a while she had tattoos and as soon as she got their fresh pizzas strted rolling out everything was coming out great i didnt get her name but she did the dam thing she saved that place that day and by the way she was doing her thing this wasnt her first rodeo !

We love the CiCis on Ayers! The employees from the time you step in the door to the ones cleaning the tables are very polite and professional. They always make sure you have a variety of pizzas, salads etc. on hand. They make your pizza as you want it and never takes long to get your order ready. We will always keep coming back! Keep up the good work!

Ayers location not good. Hardly any pizza on the line. So many customers waiting for pizza that it was picked up as it was put out. Dont much care for the changes from plastic cups to disposable and the parmesan cheese now in packets. Seemed understaffed as if there should have been more than one guy making pizza.

Pretty pathetic, they forgot to put in my special order pizza. Ive been waiting now about 40 minutes and I just went up to the manager and he said he would bring it out to me as soon as its ready. Not a very pleasant dining experience. Trying to keep my wife from going ballistic!

Not the best cicis pizza Ive been to, but its okay. Whats up with never having the apple crumble desert? I ask and Im always told it doesnt sell but they can make it but itll take 10-15 min. If its a standard Buffett item put it on the line dont make me wait.

Food is like any other cicis but the staff is less than pleasing. I watched one of the girls cleaning off tables spray the table cleaner and it go all over the food of the guy at the next table.... he looked at her a day she goes "oh....oops". Rediculous.

We keep coming back! Our favorite place for pizza and sides. They always have fresh pizza with fresh ingredients, fresh salad and toppings. The staff is always friendly and make sure everyone is satisfied with their food. Keep it up guys!!

Needs to run a little better, ice machine was broken , no napkins ,no dr.pepper , no chicken soup ..I like that now customer can put up their plates and threw your trash, but at least have one of your employees wipe down the tables .

If i could give 0 stars I would. This place is dirty, pizza looks crappy, sodas were pretty much all out except maybe 2 of them. Ive been more than once and each time it has been a horrible experience. Never again!

Ordered a ham pizza, waited for 25 minutes still no pizza went up ask and they still have not cooked the pizza...they wanted me to wait another 25 minutes for them to make one...and they werent even busy!!!

I use to eat here all the time until they changed the buffet to a cheaper version, they use to have garlic cheesy bread, now a thin crispy piece of crust, and they use to have alfredo sauce for pasta.

Not bad for a quick and easy lunch. Staff is friendly. Food was hot and there bunch off different pizza. Place was clean. I recommend this for lunch or dinner. Will come back.

Unsanitary.. theres personal food in the fidge with all of the salad stuff. There also was a pizza in the soup, when told about it they removed it and dumped more soup on top.

Been a while since was there and not sure Ill go back. Level of service has changed considerably. Id rather they raise the price a little than cut service.
