Ill give a 2 star, just for the fact that the food was actually good after being served. Now, the service on the other hand has been very shoddy. I live in Broken Arrow and always try to do business there. Ive went to this location numerous times and everyone the waiting service has been extremely unprofessional and very uneconomical. We have waited for more than 10 minutes on a drink order numerous times. It is all around pretty embarrassing for Buffalo Wild Wings in general. If we go (because the food is still great) the service is absolutely terrible. If you sit at the actual bar you will have better service because the bartender, if not dealing with personal drama, acknowledges you then you will have fast and friendly service. Ive even experienced the manager arguing with a bartender for talking to guests too much because he was upset that he thought they were flirting with them. That was a 40 minute wait just to get food in itself. I cannot describe the level of poor service this place provides. It is just pitiful. But the cooks on the other hand have always done a tremendous job. If you dont get frustrated easily and have an hour or so to spare. Then yes, go to this place. But if you are expecting fast service and your order to be the way you ordered it. Then no! Also, ive noticed that management hasnt responded to any reviews for many years. And some of of these reviews really seem like they are just trying to make their friend look good. Im not hear to make buffalo wild wings look bad. I just want to give an honest review of my 15+ experiences. And this one in particular needs some help. I love the company as a whole and just want this to be constructive criticism.

Left my purse at the table whenever Id left so whenever i came back for it the manager accused me of walking out without paying my tab (which was untrue) and rudely told me that he was not going to give me my purse back until i paid the tab. My friend had paid for the whole meal (I am an 18-year-old college student so naturally money is tight for me at the moment) so I had to leave the restaurant, transfer money into my checking account, and pay with what was on my card. When I went back in to pay it took the manager about 2 minutes to even acknowledge me holding out the card to him. He took the card and swiped it and handed me my purse. As I was walking out a server told me to "not be a b*tch" and pay my tab next time. i told my boyfriend about the ordeal and he went inside to consult with the manager. He ended up discovering it was our servers fault and the server did not take all of the money off of the gift card my friend had used. Later when I got home I called them to tell the manager about the server insulting me. When i told him he explained that he had already "counseled" the server about it, told his general manager about the whole situation, and it would probably result in the server losing her job. I said okay, and called it good. However, the next day my dad went to go talk to the general manager and the GM had no idea any of it had even happened... So the manager straight up lied to me. I just hope this place gets better management soon.. side note: the manager did end up refunding my money and the money on the gift card, but the fact is that they handled the situation very poorly. Also I have not heard anything back from the general manager.

If I could rate it below a one star I would, I walked along with two more tables.. business was very slow as we were the only tables there. We ordered our food no more than 5 minutes apart.. the other tables received their food and mine still had yet to come. Waitress comes back asks me what kind of sauce I wanted I quote, "dont worry I havent sauced them yet" she said that made me think okay anytime my food will come.. 28 minutes pass and still nothing. I then asked to speak to the manager(JAMES). Waitress comes back says he is in a meeting you can wait until he is done... I had no time to wait so I asked for his name.. she then goes to wher their meeting is being held (in front of the restaurant) I then hear them arguing about whether he talks to me or not. That cause me to take time out of my day to give this negative review. Not only is it an unfortunate situation but so unprofessional and unwelcoming to have an adult manager speak to a teen waitress in that manner about handling a customer promblamic situation that he is hired to handle. Great management team Buffalo Wild Wings and great job mr. James, Buffalo Wild Wings just lost a good customer. I will never go back there. I will also make sure the word goes around.

Have been 4-5 times over the past couple years and every time I hope it gets better but it just reaffirms what a horrible place this joint is. Packed in like sardines, so unless you like rubbing elbows with your neighbors dont bother. Food is meh at best. Nothing Id rave about, especially at the prices per portions they charge. The nail in the coffin though is the utter lack of service. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Walk in, what do you see? About 2-3 wait staff always milling around picking their noses in the front wait / take out area. Every time we finally get crammed into our seats wed have to flag down someone and ask WTH our server was. Again, Id chalk it up to a one time thing and just get over it. Nope, Ive had the same horrible experience every single time. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me 4 times, you get a horrible Google review.

Horrible customer service l. On hold for just under ten minutes. I dont bother going in anymore because of how bad the waitstaff is. theyre maybe 3 or 4 servers in the whole place without an attitude problem. example : I asked my waiter for a side of medium buffalo sauce one time I was in their, this arrogant teen decided to inform me that BUFALLO WILD WINGS DID NOT HAVE BUFFALO SAUCE?? I proceeded to ask him what kind of mild sauce is it then? to which he rolled his eyes and rudely told me he didnt know he just knew it wasnt buffalo sauce? Pure idiocy. Needs new management and some sort of attitude adjustment. Not to mention its always too loud, dark, and dirty. The bar area is gross and needs a thurough cleansing. The place makes you feel unwelcome and judged the second you walk in the door.

You know, the food is good and all, like a typical BWs would be, but the service, it was underwhelming, to say the least. I was somewhat appalled, actually. Our server came over with a nonchalant, dont care attitude, really didnt know the menu at all, and made it just frustrating for our group. Our drinks were slow to be filled and it really wasnt even busy at all. I kept looking to see what other tables our server had, as Ive been there before, and, well, I couldnt figure it out. But seriously, she didnt even seem to be having a good time at all, which is basically the crux of this bad review. So, yea, enter at your own risk. Maybe they have other good employees.
