So the first time I went here, was on Wednesday 11/02 with my best friend. We were quite impressed. The burgers were a bit bigger than we expected and were pretty good, its just the fries were a bit cold and soft, as if they were baked 30 minutes before we got there. Other than the cold, soggy fries, our first experience was pretty nice. Two different waitresses came by occasionally and asked how was our food and if we needed refills or not on our drinks- just overall courteous and polite. We decided to go again yesterday 11/07. The lady who took our order was named Kari. When we received our order, our fries were cold and soggy....AGAIN. I went up to the counter and asked her politely if we could please have some hot, fresh-out-the-grease french fries. She didnt even answer me. She just turned around and walked back to the kitchen to inform the cook. The way she walked off was as if she was irritated that we were asking for fresh food. She didnt apologize that the food was not up to temperature or anything. I thought that was very rude. My best friend and I then waited for our fresh fries while our burgers got cold. When we were brought our fresh fries, the cook who brought it was very nice and polite and even apologized for the cold fries. Kari did not come by not ONCE to check on me and my friend. She walked right by me as I drank the bottom of my soda. I was shaking the cup and and everything slurping the little bit left of my drink as she walked RIGHT by me. She heard my empty cup and didnt ask if I needed a refill. She was rude as hell. I then walked up to the counter with me and my friends cup and asked for a refill. She answered a call and told me "hold on." After she got off the call, she then picked up someones order and proceeded to walk outside to serve them AS I WAS STILL STANDING THERE WORH OUR EMPTY CUPS!!!! I left the cups there and me and my friend left. We were both irritated. Kari needs to be re-trained, learn how to be a courteous waitress, and SMILE. She looked dull and was rude as hell.

I gave this place two tries both were dissapointing. The positives cute place and cool idea. The negatives poor customer service, wait is too long, food is ok but not good. I have dined in and done take out. The dine in experience was ok but wait for food is too long. It tastes like frozen burgers. Take out wait was just as long on a Saturday afternoon as it was my dine in on a Friday night. When we got the food home the order was wrong. I had to go back and wait forever. The manager took the order wrong the first time giving us the drink for the missing burger but no burger or fries for my daughter. I called they made me pay for another. I think it should have comped considering they screwed up. It was a kids meal burger not the most expensive thing on the menu. We had to go back so everyones food was really cold. Fastfood restaurants are better than this. For the price point there are too many other great burger joints around to waste your money here. I will not be going back.

For all the restaurants that have been at this location and havent survived, I think its safe to say this one is going to make it! The menu is huge! Besides the burgers they have stuffed potatoes, hot dogs and even a Mexican food selection. Great big covered patio area for the kids to run around. Everything is absolutely made to order, served piping hot and fresh! Tonight is the sixth time my wife, daughter and I have gone and we have never had the same thing twice, and Ive liked each gourmet burger better than the next. Theyre big, messy and full of flavor. Like a burger should be. Tonight I tried the Tomball burger with mac and cheese, the brisket burger is great too. My wife gets a combo and I get the fried mushrooms or pickles (the best!), that is enough to keep every one fat and happy, and I get my wifes leftovers! Bit of a wait when its busy, but what restaurant doesnt, right? And I havent even tried the chicken or the fish yet! Do yourself a favor and give it a shot.

They were out of sweet tea but managed to make some for us. I ordered the tomball burger and its advertised cooked to order, but it took longer than expected for no one ahead of us. When the order was delivered it was missing ingredients so I returned it. The burger was cold by the time someone arrived at the counter but he was helpful, understanding, and told me 5 minutes to get another one out. 10 minutes later I got my burger, the same burger I returned. It was bland and tasted microwaved with limp lettuce, tomato and onion. We just moved here, less than a mile down the road. This is the first time trying Burger Barn, but after this 55 minute ordeal I doubt well be trying it again.

Service was good. Pretty good back yard burger flavor. BFs fries were cold straight out of the kitchen. Obviously didnt time the cooking of them with the cooking of the burger. Wings were flavored alright (Franks maybe?) but a little soggy, not crisp at all. Burgers were good though (but not great). Went in on Groupon gift card. Will give it one more shot. If I had paid full price, I would have been a little disappointed.

Place is really nice! Went once, and definitely would go back. Amazing food, really big menu(figuratively and literally), great workers, and good drinks! Nice place to have a group of friends chill on the patio ,when its not so humid that is, enjoy the different themed nights they have. A little on the higher side, but its not McDonalds. The food is actually worth the money!

On my second visit I brought a friend who ordered the sweet potato fries. They were well done and crispy as I like. Ordered them on my third visit and they were just warm mush. Today I ordered extra crispy and they were just adequately done. The store was nearly empty yet it took 34 minutes to get my order. At $4.00 the fries should be done as requested and a lot faster.

My first experience at the burger barn and it will be my last...I ordered the Fiesta burger.. My bun was hard and not fresh.... There was no Pico de gallo it as stated on the menu.... Tasted bad.... Breaded fried bacon was good... My wife wasnt happy with the tacos she ordered.... I even told them it was my first time there, but I guess they didnt care... Two thumbs down!

Ordered the Beef Tacos - OMG - LOVE!!! I will come back again and again for these tacos. The only reason Im not ordering another round is because Im ashamed of my love for these yummy yummy tacos. The shells were super crunchy and obviously made to order. The beef was actually grilled steak and SO GOOD! Love it. Better than any Mexican restaurant around.
