I use to be a big customer I went to jaxs pretty much 4 to 5 days a week. I even knew the owner Jeremiah, I would call in and he knew it was me and said the usual yeppers I said you know me. It got to the point he would even ask how the service was and how were the new employees he hired. An I would give him my honest opinion bc I knew how much this company was to him. His a very hard worker and takes very good care of jaxs. But it started to get to the point I guess it was hard finding good help. An he started hiring this young college girls who just cant get things down. Every time I called in they got my order wrong ever time. Which my order wasnt hard cheese pickles and mayo nothing else. How hard is that. But the girls managed to get it wrong ever time. Then things just progressed and got worse. When I get my order they would forget something like the frys or the drink and it was time after time that this kept happing. The last straw for me was when I went back for my drink another time. I drove thru the drive thru asked the girl for my dr. Pepper and she came back with my drink made out of pepsi, dr. Pepper, coke all mixed into one then she and another girl laughed as she gave it to me. As I didnt know what they did to my drink and found out after I drove off that it was mixed with all kinds of drinks. It was really upsetting bc whos to say they didnt do something to my found as well. I wasnt able to turn around bc I ended up being late to work bc of the girls mistakes and games that they thought were funny to play on customers. I have been boycotting jaxs and suggest other customers to boycott them as well. because you have no idea what youre really getting in your food especially with those young little college girls thinking its funny to play pranks on the customers. I am now forced to have to buy my burgers from five guys and fries which their burgers arent the best either so I would suggest if you really want a good burger. Ive heard that smash burgers are the best.

There service is very friendly (front counter and kitchen staff) although the burger is missing the "je ne said quoi" It could be the missing butter to sauté the mushrooms and onions? Perhaps. A very well prepared burger and nice looking too, bread its a bit on the soggy side half way into the Burger, but its still a good tasting bund, The milk shake its great, they actually scoop out the ice cream from a bucket, its got an awesome flavor and texture to it, it definitely compensates for whats missing on the burger. If you like the bitter and strong taste of blue cheese, you should try it on one of their burgers its really good.

I have been eating at Jax since it opened in Pinehurst, Texas. It has always been a very good experience but today I just had lunch at the Pinehurst location and it was awful. The meat was way over cooked and the bread did not seem fresh. I noticed the cook has changed there are usually two young men cooking and working the back. Today there was a lady back there who needs some instruction in the Jax way. Please help her. I normally enjoy eating there and would like to continue doing so.

Havent been to one of these in a long time and Im sorry I havent. this was an amazing burger and onion rings. And the price for two people is comparable to what you would pay anywhere else fast food but honestly its worth the extra little bit youre paying

The food here is great, sweet potato fries in particular. The reason for the four stars is the prices are really high. I just paid $15 for bacon cheese burger, fries and a drink.
