The worst experience hands down! Was greeted by hostess and sat at our table in a prompt fashion. Then it all went south..... after being seated by the hostess my family and I sat for literally 15 mins with no contact from an employee. I had to wave down someone and ask for a manager. Manager offered an appetizer for our troubles. Thats greats but at the end of the meal they tried charging me for it and didnt want to remove it. The waiter, while nice, was completely overwhelmed with the simplest of tasks. I order a Jack and coke, he brought me a rootbeer. I corrected his mistake then brought me a regular coke and said the jack will be coming soon. Finally got a "jack and coke". The waiter rarely returned to the table to follow up with us, so rarely in fact that I had to walk myself to the bar to order two more drinks for my table. If I wanted to walk to the bar I would have either sat at the bar or went to a bar. There are other issues I could go over but not worth my time. The manager was not interested in the reputation of his establishment what so ever and it clearly shows! Will never eat at Red Robin again let alone this location!!!

Im not a big eater of hamburgers - I think I burned myself out on them as a kid. Once in a while I feel like a burger, and on those occasions I enjoy Red Robin. If Im not in the mood for a burger but the wife and I are looking for somewhere fairly fast, fairly inexpensive and tasty - I still have a mighty array of options. I have regularly enjoyed the chicken sandwiches available and the freckled lemonade is excellent (though if youre sensitive to high sugar, you may want to reconsider the lemonade). The wife is quite fond of the onion rings (theyre not for me) and the fries are top-notch - plus most of the entrees come with bottomless steak fries, hard to argue with that if you like the spuds. Being something of a bargain hunter, Ive much enjoyed the Red Robin Rewards program: periodic free entrees, free burger for the birthday and so on. This particular location had the usual excellent food and friendly service I have come to expect from Red Robin - we go here pretty frequently and have yet to have a bad experience. Weve never waited more than 5 minutes for a table, nor had any issues with the quality of the food or the service.

I used to really enjoy red robins but this one in particular has just ruined it. Ive been here three different times and theyve messed up my order each time. I prefer red robins old way of serving their food: burger wrapped so the juices dont drip everywhere and steak fries in a basket instead of that dainty little cuff. Trying to get them to do that this time however somehow ended up with a "lettuce" wrap.... I didnt even know that was a option! Nor did I want it! And the server told his manager thats what was ordered. When ordering the burger well done I was told itll probably be hard and crispy but I dont do undercooked meat for safety reasons. The smoothie was more like blended fruit with chunks of ice that clogged up the straw. The restaurant definitely wasnt clean with chunks of food on the floor and even the counter where they keep the food before its taken out to the customer. If I were to try red robins again in the future, itll never be at this location again!

My wife and I recently had a late lunch at around 2:00PM and they were not busy at all. It took a while for our server to come to our table and give us menus. When asked about exchanging the steak fries for onion rings, I was told it could be swapped out at no extra charge. After placing our order we did not see our waiter again for a long time. Our food arrived and we had to ask for silverware and napkins as none had been provided before. We had to ask someone else to find our server so that we could get our drinks refilled, he finally showed up about 5 minutes later. When our bill arrived I noticed that I was charged for the onion ring substitution and it took another long period of time for them to pick up my credit card for payment. By this time we were really disappointed in the service staff and do not intend on returning. If this is representative of the typical service at Red Robins Hwy 249 then they wont be having a lot of repeat business.

The service here was really slow and terrible. We were seated, and it took awhile before a server even came out to take our beverage orders. When one eventually did appear, everyone at my table of 6 just simply wanted water, but even that took a long time to bring out. Then our server disappeared before even asking if we were ready to order. Unsurprisingly, there was another long wait to get our food orders in. I can understand when the restaurant is busy, wait times will be longer. However, our inattentive waiter did not help the cause; no one came around to refill our water. From out table, we could glimpse into the kitchen and see many of the servers just hanging out, rather than serving the diners. I put partial blame on management too, they cant even teach their server basic serving skills.

We usually love the food and service is good. Today will be my last time to visit this location. We had issues with the appetizers coming out 3-5 minutes before food and we ordered it about 10 minutes before we even ordered food. When I order an appetizer, I would like it before my food long enough to enjoy it. In addition, my burger was dry. I had the A1 peppercorn burger and you couldnt even taste it. I talked to the manager and he made excuses. I wasnt looking to get anything free out of this, but I wanted them to know there is an obvious problem in the kitchen. I asked for his business card when I left and he sent over yet another manager who essentially did the same thing. If this is how Red Robin trains their management team, thats pretty sad.

First, I really like Red Robin and this one is clean and the staff is really customer oriented. However, I have ordered a cheeseburger on Gluten Free bun to go at this location about 4 times and they have gotten it right one time (25%). Everything else is great, but there is a major communication breakdown between the take out bar and the kitchen. Its a food allergy, and I am grateful they even offer the option for a gluten free bun. I just wish I didnt have to waste an extra 10-15 minutes here each time I pick up my order because I realize its wrong - further, my other burger gets cold while I am waiting on them to fix the GF burger...

This location is not what it used to be. Food came out almost cold, they now give you tiny portions of fries on your plate, instead of the old style with baskets (which was much better) water tasted literally like dirt (soil). Side of fruit was tiny chopped up bits, instead of the old way, which was chunks. Floor and place just felt dirty. Male hostess was not wearing any deodorant, and that really ruined it. They should have kept the old decorations and style. The floors really need a mop and some bleach. They were grimy! Used to come here a lot, but this was my last time .
