I dont normally write reviews, but I feel its necessary. I was here about 20 minutes ago to pick up an order for my boss. None of the staff members said a word to me as I approached the counter, however the MANAGER did. With a smile on his face, even though it was clear that he was trying to make up for the lack of participation by the employees. Most of it was ready, except for the milkshake. He informed me that the employee working that computer had put the orders in incorrectly and out of order, but he would personally go make the milkshake for me. He also handed me a container for burger toppings and sauces (which Ive never been offered before) and told me to grab as much as I liked. I could hear him in the background telling the employees they needed to pay more attention to web orders. When he came back, he asked if I wanted a lid. I informed him it was for my manager, so probably a good idea. Without even a second guess, he handed me an empty cup and said "Please, get yourself a drink as well." No extra charge. Its the small, generous things that make customers happy. I worked in the food industry for 4 years, and this goes a LONG way. So to the manager on duty right now, YOURE DOING A GREAT JOB!

I am giving two stars as the service was great and everyone was attentive to our needs, so thank you to the staff. Sadly the food didnt earn any of the remaining stars! The food is just not the same as it once was. I guess the corporate office decided to change up the menu as nothing tasted how I remembered it!! Buns werent buttered and crisped, and the meat was bland....the seasonings that I know fuddruckers used to put on their burgers just werent evident at all. I barely ate half of my burger!! I left with my craving completely unsatisfied. So sad that the fuddruckers I grew up with is gone and my 3 kids will not get to experience it. The whole concept seemed to be completely different!

What happened here? For a burger joint, the potato wedges where the star. The burger patty had an odd texture, it looked crumbly( I know it sounds funky)tasted ok tho. It was about 3pm & the store was trashy, the booths where dirty not just with plates & trash on them, Im talking dirty as in not wiped down clean. It wasnt busy, so my question is why was it so dirty. Finally after 45minutes being there a lady came & cleaned up but never touched the tables with a wet towel. I felt like a gross film of eeww was on me when I left. We will not be back. Come on yall take ownership & some pride in the company you work for.

Ive loved Fuddruckers for as long as I can remember. There have been a few locations that I found lacking but this is definitely not one of them. My burger was tasty, the fries were good, and I love their house flavor cherry cream soda! The only thing this location lacks is the full fledged bakery, but you can still get baked goodies. It makes up for it in that they have a drive thru! Great for when you want a good burger on the way home from work. Just call ahead a few minutes or hit the drive thru and wait a few minutes. I just wish I could buy the cream soda at the grocery store in 2 liter bottles.

Burgers were OK. Generous helping of fries. Quick service. No ice in machine, trash was overflowing, drink options were limited or ran out, space was crammed, ran out of melted cheese, ran out of chocolate chip cookies... But you cant beat the generous serving of a kids cheeseburger meal. Would recommend as a second burger option. Sports comparison: Matt Schab (tolerable)

I love Fuddruckers and this location. The consistency of their quality has been reliable. Their veggie burgers look fresh and taste great. They often have coupons for free items. They are generous with their fries, and the inside decor has a friendly and pleasant feel to it. Weve received awesome service at every one of our visits, and wait time is not bad at all.

Slightly better than a middle-of-the-road burger joint, but the delicious key is that their buns always reminded me of a sweet donut, minus the frosting. Options galore and the fries are great. If youre a burger man such as myself, this place needs to be in the rotation when you want something better than Jack in the Box and have about as much time.

Went through the drive thru. The car in front of us was there for a long time. I had time to run inside and go to the bathroom. When I got back to the car and saw we hadnt moved, I went back inside to pay for my chocolate shake. Im not sure why you have drive thru parking spaces for orders that will take a while if they are not going to be used.

One of my favorite burger...... Just make sure they make it to order. My burger was dry, hard and with no flavor like it was pre-cooked 2 hour ago. Talk to the manager and he said because of the drive-thru we need to pre-cook the hamburgers. This has happened to me twice at this location. Never got a sorry or offer to fix it......... ????

Please dont eat here. Apparently they believe its ok to give me cold , smashed burgers, and to have me waiting for 20 mins for It. Perhaps it was my fault to explain my concerns, because she let her son/ employee stand there and stare me down with his fist balled up as if he was gonna hit me with his greasy bun oiled gloves

good lunch spot for good burgers & friendly folks... its nice to have fresh veggies to build your burgers the way you like it, which is one of the reasons I love Fuddruckers & this one has a very friendly & helpful crew to make sure your visit is one that makes you look forward to coming back again soon....

The food is good and I liked they have a drive through but its annoying you can only order certain things from the drive through. Its pretty over priced for a burger though and it takes a while. You can call in an order but they will make you go in to get it you cant pick it up from the drive through.

I love the ability to make your burgers how you want. Mix and make the sauces how you like. The cashier Cara was very nice. The environment is fun and laid back. I love the music and the decor inside. And their Bacon Cheddar burger is to die for...well, close enough. :)

Loved the food and service!! Was really surprised because everyone around this Kline area are usually very rude. The lady who took our order was super nice and patient. The gentleman who takes care of the tables was super nice and helpful. Will definitely be returning!!

Really great food and atmosphere. I asked for med rare 2/3 burger....perfection! Om nom nom. There was a really awesome guy that came by to make sure we had everything we needed. Even refilled our drinks. Coming back again soon!

This is a smaller than average Fudds. They recently added an enclosed patio that added several tables to air conditioned space, prior to that it was rather crowded. Service was great, manager on duty was directing staff well.
