Gave me an unsecured To Go order which leaked sea food all over my car. I proceeded to get it detailed not knowing if thats going to help and the most they would offer me is to pay a 1/3 of the cost on the cleaning and refund my order for a total of $76. I eat here probably once a week and will never go back. Not including if the smell isnt gone it will smell like rotten sea food for the remainder of its life and I will take further action. For the record I asked to be reimbursed for just the total amount of the shampoo which was just $50 more and the GM refused to work with me on that. So thank you for ruining my day and I hope for both our sakes that the smell is gone after I let it sit for a full 24 hours. I have pictures and witnesses of what happened. Never seen a business willing to give up a customer over $50 when someone in their staff didnt think all the way through on how to secure my order.

We ate here with our family on Sunday. We love the food. Its the servers that get the low rating. Who hires these girls? They are rude, dont smile, dont know how to prepare a table or serve food and act pissy when you ask for something as simple as a napkin. We had all of our food and no napkin nor plates. Incredibly inexperienced girls. One was moving a table behind me and almost took me over along with the chair and didnt even say excuse me. Bar Louie, you are in an exclusive part of The Woodlands and continue to have lame service. You really need to step up your hiring standards and get some nicer people serving the public in there because when folks are out on the town wanting to have fun those grumpy girls will not get tips from us and instead a bad review online. Hope this will change soon because we love going here!

~Here is the problem.... I have been here a couple of times and this bar needs help.... I found one comptent bartender but the rest were a joke.... I saw, 1 short pour several times and another pull a customers food dish without even asking if they were done.... I am from Hilton Head Island and I have seen the best in the business.... Customers should not be cheated especially when cocktail prices are so high.... Also, use some tact when dealing with customers request even if they are a bit off at time due to alcohol consumption.... When you stop caring about your clients they will return it 10x fold.... In closing, hopefully the management will hire a bartending staff that is content to be there.... Until then I shall not return....~

Man, Ive been coming here every Tuesday for the past year or so (most recently for their $1 Burger Night promo) and their service had been nothing short of ABYSMAL the past month. If youre sitting anywhere other than the bar, prepare yourself for ABSURDLY LONG WAITS. Seriously. Friend, listen to me - it will take at least 10 minutes for whatever your drink order is. Food? Youre looking at 25 minutes, and you can BET its gonna be wrong. Want your check? Thats another 10 minutes there, champ. The food is great, but the waitstaff is... theyre just awful... Like I said, stick to the bar and youll be alright. Otherwise, youre taking a gamble on getting one of the two competent waiters/waitresses currently employed here.

our company hosts a get together here weekly and usually have a crowd of 10-15 people with a bill at least a few hundred bucks. the waiters always guide the tip on the top of the receipt and everytime we have gone they "mistakenly" miscalculate by 10 or more dollars. 1st time OK, 2nd time hmm 3rd time, called the crew out on it and their excuse is that its just a guide. complete disregard for the big picture and gave an attitude as if we were the cheap ones. we always tip 20% so I hope management reads this and understand they just lost a weekly crowd because their employees have a scheme to try and make an extra few dollars. The word will be spread to our other close associates who work in the area.

Waiter was rude and had an attitude like he didnt care about working there. Asked for a sprite to drink, brings me a coke, pointed it out to him. Gets mad like I didnt ask for a sprite. Then brings me a sprite, but it was pure carbonated water and gets angry again towards me because of it. Asked for a burger with only mayo and mustard. I get a burger with lettuce and mayo. When I pointed it out, again he gets angry. Takes it back and brings it back, and they or he just raked the lettuce off and added mustard, so there was still pieces of lettuce stuck in the bun. Maybe it was the waiter that ruined this for me, but I will no return here to eat.

DONT GO ON $1 BURGER NIGHT!!! Terrible service. Took 50 minutes just to get the bill paid after we ate the meal. Server complained the entire time we were there because she hates working $1 burger night and no one tips good. came and complained about the tips from other tables. Terrible, so rude!! After waiting 30 minutes just trying to pay out, seriously considered walking out, but just couldnt be that big of a scum bag. I will not be back, 1 and done. Wish I could give this place a negative rating!! Looks like all the reviews are saying the service is terrible...I mean my burger got to me before my canned beer got to me!! come on!

Sports bar atmosphere , and easy going. The Buffalo Wings appetizer was tasty, and they were a good size - a dozen and enough for two people. I had a charbroiled chicken and andouille sausage sandwich with a salad. The salad is nothing special to write about - it was pretty boring. The sandwich tasted good, but it was very sloppy, and I couldnt eat it as a sandwich. So I tried the good old knife and fork method, but it was a useless butter knife, and apparently they dont have any steak knives in the whole restaurant. So I had to butcher it myself. The Manhattan I had to drink was too sweet for my liking.

Definitely a great place for Happy Hour. The atmosphere is always welcoming and sociable. Their $1 Burgers on Tuesdays are the absolute best, everything form the quality of meat to the countless toppings, you cant beat a $1 burger. My only complaint is the service if you sit on the patio. Quite often, a server will not greet us until sitting there for 10+ minutes and having to ask for one. Other than that, I recommend this place for anyone who isnt bringing kids with them.

Horrible service .. First time here and I dont like it at all , stand almost 20 min at the front door and not even one server come and ask if we need a table or something , then we find out that its a "open sit " ,(there is not sing that says anything about it) when I ask if I can get a table the servers seemed like they didnot care about us because they where "to busy talking " even knowing that I was standing right next to them . For sure I will not come back .
