Went 5.10.17 and it was a horrible experience! Had 2 groups, wrote down our orders on an envelope. 1 on each side and let the waitress know they where separate tickets. We watched 4 different waitresses walk around the patio with out food going from table to table asking if it was theres. Only 2 of the 6 people in our group received there food. My philly was missing mushrooms and they did not bring the side of mayo I had requested. 7 min later we see waitress wandering around again looking for the table so we flagged her down. 3 more meals where delivered. 2 meals where missing items and the 3rd meal still hadnt arrived. Told waitress what was missing from the 1st delivered ordered and what was missing from the order she just gave us and we are still missing a entire meal. She said our waitress was in the kitchen and she should be bringing it shortly. The pizza she brought was not cooked, dough was raw. 17 min go by before our waitress brings remaining plate and all other missing items. We request pizza be exchanged for chicken tenders and ask to speak with a manager. 13 min go by and manager comes to table. I explained all that had occurred and we where disappointed in our service. She offered us a round of drinks, we declined. She said she would adjust our bill. 49 min later the tenders arrived, the rest of us where done eating so we asked for check. 14 mins later waitress brings 1 check, we reminded her it was supposed to be 2 separate checks. 19 mins later she returns with 2 checks. Mine showed a $5.54 credit and 10 cash had been deducted making my total $67.77, I gave $100 bill. She came back in a few min with my change and told me the manager made a mistake and the $10 cash was removed and handing me $22 along with the original receipt showing total due as $67.77. Do the the math she shorted me. Im not sure of their qualification standards, but they are obviously low. The incompetence from waitress and manager staff is a reflection of your business and you should be extremely embarrassed. You have a nice place but it is ran poorly.

So, I first came in and asked for the party name I was attending. The hostess sent me to the wrong party and could careless about directing me to the right one. I had to call the birthday girl to find out they were on the patio. Then the food was slow. I didnt get all I ordered. Oh well, Ill ask her to take it off my tab. The food was ok. The DJ might have been the only upside of this place. It had a disturbance. Families had kids there and I enjoyed dancing with one little girl who started break dancing. Then another family with a 2 year old started crying. Well, he took his baby off and I guess popped him and another man told him something about popping his child. They got into it big time, but funny how the manager and police asked the black man to leave. Their reasoning is because he popped his kid. Really?!?! Cant pop your own kid when necessary boy its ok for 2 men to fight in an establishment. Both should have been escorted out but, at this time we all know the racism is high. I will never visit again.

I have never written a review on google before until now just because my experience with this place was so terrible. The first time I went the waitress was very rude, took forever to get food and drinks, and when the food came it was terrible... worse than a concession stand at a sporting event. The second time I went I called ahead because I wanted to watch a UFC fight airing on a very rare channel and explained over the phone that it was a very far drive for me and to verify if they were playing the fight. The girl on the phone assured me that they were currently playing it but when I arrived the hostess told me they didnt have that channel. I was very frustrated but I kept my calm and explained that I had just driven very far on the false pretense that they were in fact airing the fight. The hostess told me VERBATIM "Sorry thats not my problem". Never in my life will I ever step foot in that place again. Even if they promised me a completely free meal will I ever return.

This place doesnt even deserve a single star! Be careful with giving the waitresses money. After giving the waitress cash and asking her to break the bill she never returned with it and actually clocked out and left the establishment. Upon speaking with management he stated "Oh I cant do anything about it, Ill have to wait and talk to her tomorrow. I asked "and what are you going to do when she deny taking monies and not returning it to the customer especially considering youre not going to do anything until the next day?" His response "oh I cant discuss that its internal." MEANING "Hes not going to do anything because hes not going to question her! Let a customer walk in...eat and drink and get up and walk out without paying and see how fast the cops are called! Its ok for the waitress to steal from the customer but not ok for the customer to eat free!

Its a cool environment for sports however the service sucks! The girls look like theyre in high school. We came and got seated and our waitress never came even after we asked a person where she was. We got tired of it so we moved to the bar for better service and it still sucked. On top of that, it was happy hour and we specifically asked for wells. We had vodka and whiskey. The girl completely up charged us thinking we wouldnt pay attention. She even threw away our itemized receipt. We had to ask for it which is how we knew what shed done. Our bill went from about $45 to $25 after we went over it with the manager. So people, beware and double check your receipts before you pay! Ill probably be back just because its a cool environment to try it again but just a warning for everyone, the service is awful!!

Food was great but the waiters take slow to put in our orders also noticed front desk staff are just hanging around on there shift looking down on there phones barely noticing the customers walking in (however other staff besides front desk are doing excellent!) / as I am writing this review I already seen other staff members hanging around front desk on there phones with their boots on the desk there is not a primary staff member standing at the front desk as waiters see people standing at the doors waiting for the front desk staff but no one would be there so waiters help them instead to a seat / music was great / there is plenty of TVs to watch the game if your want to come for sports night overall its a great place to hang out but front desk staff needs improvement..

Setup is nice. Very Icehouse-esque. Sports on everywhere and upbeat music playing. Horrible service so far. Sat immediately. Waited over 5 minutes to see a waitress. Hostess finally returned and took my drink order. Waitress came by eventually and didnt even know we ordered drinks. I ordered a bottled beer with a glass and only received the beer. Had to ask again for the glass. Both mine and my sons orders were wrong. Had to walk to the bar as my waitress is nowhere to be found 5 minutes later. Bar tender was nice and came by the table to let me know our orders are being fixed. Waitress is still MIA... Order was brought out by bartender and is correct-ish. Food is prepared as requested but its nothing to write home about and the meat was cooked so fast its charred a bit
