The food was okay but portion sizes on hash browns are small! And my bacon was burnt. French toast was great! The hot chocolate was good but what I didnt like was there is not free refills on it which the waitress did not let me know before hand. At Dennys when I go to breakfast the hot chocolate is free refills :) as far as the service goes the waitress was ok. She didnt ask if we needed anything else or return to our table during the meal to see how everything was so I had to wave her down several times and her attitude wasnt that great either. The customers in the booth next to us waited several minutes fter being seated before they had to flag someone down to ask who their waiter was so they could be serviced .. There were also several people standing at the doorway for several minutes without being acknowledged as several people who worked there passed by and didnt say a word... For the higher price compared to Dennys and other breakfast restaurants I didnt feel it was worth it. I will not be returning and will stick with my other restaurants

My wife and i were excited about them building IHop. We like it much better than Dennys, which is down the street. After going there the past few month, weve finally had enough and will probably never go there again, which is very disappointing. In all the times going there the service has never been great. I know of at least one school in the area that has refused to do a fundraiser there because the service is so bad. Today was finally the breaking point though We went there and they were out of hash browns, milk, orange juice and apple juice. Also, the waiter walked by 3 different times saying our sons food was coming out now. 15 minutes later, we finally had his food. My wife said we will never go back to that IHop again. If I go somewhere once and get bad service, I can forgive it. But if Ive been to a restaurant multiple times and never left feeling like the service was good or the food was good, then I blame the ownership for the poor service and quality of the food.

Out of all the bad experiences at this ihop only been here twice this one was the worst and will be the last. The waiter i had said all of about 4 words to me throughout the dine in. As always if you go here busy or not expect to wait atleast 5 minutes before anyone even notices you walk in. Got the sirloin tips and eggs over medium. The steak was over cooked and the eggs were way undercooked. Like even the whites of the eggs were like liquid. I wanted to gove the guy a chance but all in all he shouldnt be a waiter. I refuse to pay for this service and kind of treatment. Not only that my girl has a small appetite so got here the JR chicken and waffles off the kids menu and the dude brought us a whole order. I got the cash for it many times over but what if i didnt. Then he was rude saying i didnt ask for the JR. smh this location needs a redo with training and staff.

I got charged twice on my bill this morning. And only by chance was I able to discover this error when I was checking my bank statement later the same day. And when I called them back to correct it, they made me feel like it was my fault. Their excuse was that they couldnt do nothing over the phone, and they told me that I had to go back to the restaraunt. When I got back there I had to encounter an incompetent manager who did not accept that this was their mistake. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt that this was indeed only a mistake and it was not intentional. But just in case I will stay away from this place and never come back to this IHOP. I would advice anyone that goes there to be very vigilant whith their bill. I am very sorry but these people do not know how to treat a very disatisfied customer.

What Chris Srubar neglected to mention in his review was that he ran out on one of the servers as me and my wife and kids watched, not paying for his or his girlfriends food. I dont care what your excuses for it are, it doesnt justify stealing from a restaurant you scumbag. I happen to know you personally because weve met at your workplace before at Planet Ford 59 in humble, do you remember? (never know whos watching) and I also know you wont be coming back there again because the police will most likely be called next time you show up because you are a THEIF. Very disappointed in you Chris and Im a little tempted to tell your boss. have a nice life pal

The worst experience manager stated that there was not any orange juice no whip topping plus other items. The reply I received after words that the delivery had not arrived. To me I that I have has been in the food service industry for 30 years, that was a lame excuse if petty cash is on hand at the store that manager could have went across the street to purchase these items from the local Kroger or called a sister store near bye to get these items that could hold them over until the delivery arrived. I would not have been surprised if they were out of EGGS!!! or PANCAKES!! Had a better experience at Dennys near bye.

Take your own chance here. Found a pubic hair in my wifes omelette. Manager tried to play it off with a lame excuse. This is INEXCUSABLE. Before this it was "hit & miss" in general. Many times before our LAST visit we walked in only to find many people waiting to be seated and entire staff in the kitchen area telling jokes, laughing it up and totally IGNORING THE CUSTOMERS........Management is obviously lacking or missing altogether. Stay away unless you are a very brave soul. Youve been warned.......

Service was unsatisfactory to say the least. Server was nowhere to be found throughout the entire dining experience. We were told he to "help cook", but we werent notified, or given a replacement server in the meantime. First, and second orders on the food were incorrect. In addition to the third entrée which was an omelet and pancakes took nearly an hour to bring out. This is the third time Ive been here, and have had similar experiences every time. Terrible establishment and management.

Filthy place, floors dirty, table sticky with syrup and food in the seats. Waitress was real nice. When my order came, the entire meal was cold, greasy cold. Ordered milk with my meal and the milk was room temperature. I told the waitress, she was going to take it back, i couldnt wait any longer. The manager gave me half off. I had two cups of coffee and one bite of omelet, one bite of hash browns. My bill was $7.61. Wasnt the waitress fault left three dollar tip. No breakfast for $10.61.

AWFUL. Waited an excessive amount of time before a woman looked up from her phone to slowly saunter over and acknowledge us like we were bothering her. Sat 5 of us in a small booth when plenty of larger ones were available. Waiter must have been smoking something before work because he was uhh, umm, uhh, oh I forgot a pen... but still stood there. Food took forever. Spoke to manager who apologized and offered money off but DIDNT take anything off. Must be something in the water.....
