I used to order salads from here and they were pretty good. So I ordered dinner the other night, 2 C.F. Steak dinners. On one of them, I wanted an extra C.F. Steak. I was charged the price of a whole dinner, for an extra C.F. Steak. So I tried calling this establishment, to see if someone made a mistake. I was, RUDELY told that the manager/owner did not except personal phone calls, if I left my number they would call me back, when they got time. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS and I will NEVER eat or order food from here again. I intend to tell this to anyone that ask me about SPLENDORA CAFE!!!!!!!!

First time coming to this place and I wasnt to satisfied. It was ok. Lets start with the pros Location was clean and had a great selection. In addition they had a great salad bar option that comes with some meals. Service was good and the food was ok. The macaroni bites with marinara where great! I ordered the meat platter with baby back ribs, brisket, and spicy sausage. The food was unfortunately dry and cold. Based on other reviews im going to give it another shot and try something else. The food here is usually very good, but we have had multiple experiences with bad service. Once we were asked to hold on a to-go order and they eventually just hung up on us. We where wondering how long it would take, however when I got up there they made up for this instance. Like I said the service is spotty but the food is good. The atmosphere is a small town cafe with cheap furniture. The chicken fry, the catfish plate, the loaded baked potatoe are on my repeat list.

This was quite a treat. When we arrived the waitstaff was cleaning the blinds....That let me know the food would be good. If they clean one thing theyll clean it all. The waiter was fantastic: attentive and professional. The food was generous, hot, tasty and appealing. The salad bar was crisp and inviting. I would definitely come back if I am this was again. All the waitstaff is cleaning as I write this. Good job Splendora!

We eat there once a week. Everything they have is good. The service is good. Same staff and they work good together. Good little salad bar. Large portions of food. My husband and I usually split a meal. The BBQ Bake Potatoes are very large and good. The only thing is I dont care for their vinegar base BBQ sauce, but they offer several other kinds from over by the salad bars. Fried and Grilled catfish is great.

The service here is really great they make u feel welcome and make you feel at home!!! Unfortunately the food is not as good. They dont use much seasoning and everything really does taste like flour in an attempt to make it seem like they have large portions of food

2nd time around for me and the food and service is still fabulous. The CFS is enormous! It has the best crunchy breading. You can buy their delicious homemade dressing by the pint quart or gallon to take home. Highly recommend it.

The staff is awesome. Ive never had an order made incorrectly and I eat here pretty frequently. The food is AMAZING, best cheese burgers ever. You have to try their buffalo sauce on something- so good. Would obviously recommend.

The sliced pork sandwich with onion rings for $6.50 is about the best lunch special Ive ever eaten. Perfect onion rings and generous helping of fixins. My new lunch spot when coming thru Splendora.
