I went here for the first time, and was very short on cash. I barely had enough to cover the meal and felt bad I didnt have enough to leave a fair tip for the level of service during the meal which I thought was good. I thanked our server for his service, and left the remainder of the change I had in the change dish. I was sitting in a position where I couldnt pass him, and he was not letting me by! Finally I asked him to excuse me so I can get around, and he turned around and said "Was there something wrong with my service? This is all you left me..." I felt very embarassed as I scrambled through my wallet to find anything I could add to the tip as he stood there watching me. Finally I said Im sorry, I paid cash and thats all I had and the man said "yeah I know you paid cash" and finally let me pass. I looked up and noticed a few people behind the counter giving me some dirty looks as well. It was incredibly unpleasant. This is the first time in years I was in a position that I couldnt tip, and I doubt Ill be in that position in the near future. Ill never go back to this place. If the employees are that critical on the tips, Id rather them include a tip in the cost. At least then I could have seen I wouldnt have had enough to eat there that day. The people are very rude, even though I explained and apologized. You can find better food with better service downtown.

Very rude behavior and they literally demand TIP with a poor service. All they need is MONEY and nothing else This has happened twice in the same place with different employee. EVERY ONE are just SAME there ! If you cannot pay your employees, include that amount in the food price rather forcing employees to get money from customers and spoiling reputation. For the quality of food and service, there are many better places to go in downtown rather than wasting time and returning with a grief and Hatered!

First and last time. The food was edible at best, service was ok. Had the chicken kung pao one of the dishes that all Chinese restaurants should be measured by, and it was not good. The chicken was too soft and hardly had any flavor. I asked for a half order (3) of cheese puffs and they were ok, but small but they charged me just as much for the full order.

Service is very poor. Please dont dare to try it. Very pathetic food. They will literally fight for tips with the worst food that I never had. To my suprise they are adding Tip to the bill (manual) of 4 Persons too.

Very fast lunch service. The servers are really nice and show urgency. Ive been going here for 8+ years and they always please. The general chicken is my favorite, but everlything else on the menu is awesome.

Great G.Tsaos chicken, definitely one of the best ive had. Great price too. Lunch time is fairly busy, sometimes theres even a line, but they still maintain the efficiency i would expect so thats a plus

Tasty food and quick service. They really know how to turnaround the lunchtime crowds who dont have time to dawdle. I cant seem to order anything except the General Tsos chicken!
