Delicious food and friendly staff! We were asked if wed ever been there before, and when we said it was our first time we were offered samples of the (local!) shrimp and mahi. You can customize the order with exactly what you want, but we went with a couple options on their suggested list: the classic tomato, red onion, cilantro, and avocado with mahi, and a sweeter option with a couple types of melon, cucumber, and shrimp. Everything was very fresh. We met the co-owner and she was so sweet and clearly takes a lot of pride in the place. One of the best restaurants, if not the best, on the island. Plan to get everything to-go; its a small space but the good thing about a meal like that is you dont have to worry about it getting cold.

Ive been in SPI on vacation for almost a week and have eaten lunch here every day but one! This place is awesome. Their assortment of ingredients and add-ons is exceptional. You can go with one of their menu Ceviches or custom make your own. They prepare your meal right in front of you which is an enjoyable experience unto itself. All of the fish and shrimp is of excellent quality. To top it off, rarely can one go to such a friendly and inviting business where all of the customers are greeted with a warm and friendly smile and a lot of times by name. Then they are asked if they have been there before so they can explain how the ordering process works . If you are in SPI and if you like ceviche - you wont find it better anywhere.

Best place for ceviche on earth! Choose from mahi mahi or shrimp for your ceviche then tell the friendly staff which ingredients you want in your ceviche. Your order comes with traditional Mexican corn tortilla chips. My favorite menu item is the ahi poké tuna marinated with sesame oil (sashimi style.) There are some amazing homemade sauces to go with your food. Like spicy? They have 3 levels of hotness- jalapeno, serrano, or habañero. The staff is super cool and greatly appreciates cash tips! Enjoy!

My wife and came to the Island to celebrate our anniversary.. We we looking for a place to eat and Ceviche Ceviche came up with great reviews....it sure didnt disappoint.... staff really made us feel welcome ... very friendly... we got to meet the owner and she was very friendly... we loved this place so much that we stopped by three times....especially before leaving the island.... hands down to the best Ceviche and friendly staff on the Island....

Fantastic. Ceviche with fresh ingredients. Shrimp or mahi mahi or a combination of each. Add four toppings at no extra charge. Choose from savory, sweet and spicy. Each additional topping for $.69. Tortilla chips and sodas are also available. Two tables for two indoors with extra seating outside. Most guests opted for take-out. Glad to have found a rare healthy option in the area.

Ceviche Ceviche is by far the best food on SPI. The staff is extremely friendly and the ingredients are always fresh. Its a similar concept to chipolet, but ceviche. You can pick your ingredients and they make it fresh for you. They open early and once they sell out they close for the day. There are a few seats inside and outside of the shop, but its best to take it to go.

This food is fantastic!!! Lots of choices to easily customize your ceviche! The place was clean and well air conditioned. Very friendly staff! My only complaint would be they need a bigger place so they can add some tables. Nobody wants to take their ceviche out in the heat to-go.

I cant say enough positive things about this amazing spot! The ceviche is so delicious! Its fresh and customizable and the price is the best you can find. On top of that, the customer service is so friendly, which makes this spot even better. Love it and highly recommend it!

Take out place just for ceviches. You can customize it with many ingredients. It is healthy, it is fresh and the ceviche is huge (and you could always add extra ingredients). I tried shrimp, cilantro, avocado, mango, tomato and canteloupe. Fantastic.

I got the classic with a mix of Mahi Mahi and shrimp and it was super amazing! definitely recommend and will be coming back! its a very clean fish! and the service is great! the lady that helped us was super awesome and super nice!

Extraordinary customer service. Alana went out of her way to help us get our food. There is no handicap parking (nor ramp) to make it accessible. The food is so fresh! The flavors are just delicious. A must when visiting SPI!

Rare gem in The Valley! Healthy, flavorful and nutritious. Orders can be custom made and ingredients are fresh with generous portions. Very small indoor area with two tables only. Most customers take out.
