Incredible experience! Very reasonably priced, especially if you get a hold of one of their promotions, and some very good options for dinner plates. You will be extremely hard pressed to find a more courteous, helpful, and genuinely glad to see you kitchen staff. The service is absolutely splendid. We created a massive feast by getting a full plate of signature ribs and a three-meat combination plate of black pepper sausage, brisket, and white chicken. My favorite was the brisket, hands down, because the flavor was incredible and the texture was even better. It was immaculately tender and airey so it just melted in your mouth.

Me and my gurl fren went to eat up some of that beef and swine aka the Swine and Dine. So we be eating and its good. Some fool kept serving us fresh bread and it was good too, but den we see dis rat or mouse of sumfin. I was like "Aw Hell Nah Mufugga" It was crawling on the wall near the side of our booth. At first I thought it was the manager lurkin around checkin out my girl, but it was a mouse! Great BBQ but I prefer my bbq mouse free. I dont want Mickey Mouse all up in my swine you know what Im sayin G? Spring Creek BBQ you better get your shiv together my brotha!

We were looking for some barbeque while on vacation in Dallas. This place had a decent amount of positive reviews so we decided to try it out. We were extremely disappointed. Maybe we were just there on a bad day but the ribs and the brisket were bland. You couldnt taste any seasoning on them. Our food was lukewarm and the ribs were super dry like they were old. My baked potato was good and the fresh rolls are excellent thats why I gave the 2 stars. My husband didnt like any of his food. (He had the ribs, potato salad and beans). We definitely wont be back here.

I have loved this restaurant for some time, but my last visit was extremely disappointing. I was told over the phone by an employee that they would honor the coupon that I had for to-go orders - then I drove all the way to the restaurant to be told they would not honor it for my to-go order. I was so embarrassed because they made me feel like I was lying to them by saying I was told otherwise over the phone. Very disappointed because of the bad business practice.

This spring creek always does a great job for us! We order big, complicated orders and they are almost always right the first time and if not they take care of it immediately. Tonight we went in to get pick up after an absolutely aweful day, a day that made you wonder if anything would ever go right for you again, and they did something for us that left me feeling hopeful again, and i will never forget that! Ever! We are customers now for life.

Food is great and I been coming here for years.I do wonder why they dont hire African Americans to work here. I seen one African American worker in the last five years. Plenty of African American customers. On a different day i ate at Spring Creek and the food was good. There are no African Americans employees in sight. The make up of the area is a mixed race but not true for the employees. Im not hating just pointing out a fact.

I just call an spoke with the manager at this location. I was trying to order a cater lunch for my associates. Online it states that to had peach cobbler it will be a 1.50. But there system say 2.00. He would not honor the price which it states online. WHY HAVE YOU PRICE ONLINE IF YOU ARE GOING TO QUOTE A DIFFERENT PRICE. PLEASE DO NOT CATER YOUR LUNCH FROM THIS LOCATION VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The ribs were dry rub with a sweet sauce on the side. Baked potato all the way was a little dry, but what is expected. All of the toppings made it very nice. The hot mini loaves of bread were piping hot with pads of butter made me want to only eat more. The lunch special portion for $9.95 was a good deal. Left full with some left on the plate.

A little pricey, but most bbq restaurants are. Service was great. Food was pretty good, but it was cold when we got to the table. Sent a portion of it back to reheat, and they brought me new food from the line. .. which was cold to begin with so how did that remedy the problem? Still have the best freshly baked rolls in the business!

The BBQ is good. Im not a BBQ fanatic, so I dont argue BBQ preferences with people. But I will say that this location has better customer service than any other Spring Creek Ive visited because they seem to have an active, involved manager that holds his people to a higher standard.

The food is good but not worth the price when you order take out. The $16 for a small piece of chicken breast and five slices of brisket is a little too expensive for the portions provided. Nevertheless, the food is fresh and tasty though.

I took a friend for her birthday and got the Buy One Dinner get one Free. The Barbeque Ribs and Brisket was tender and seasoned just right. The vegetables were not over cooked or salty. Fresh baked bread. I will be going back for more!

food was good but 15$ and some change for a combination plate where I got 3 ribs and scrap beef ((w/fat like the others said )) is degrading!!! to get full youll definitely need a FEW rolls to keep from spending

Food was great! Best Spring Creek in Dallas area hands down. The staff was very friendly and outgoing. If youre around the area I suggest stopping in. Irene was the cashier and showed superior customer service!

My office placed a pick up order. When the person who picked up the food placed the styro-box containing my $8 Southwest Salad on my desk, an adult cockroach crawled out. I doubt it came from her car.

Average The price didnt match the food quality. The only good fresh food were the rolls. The 3 managers kept trying to check out my wife...not professional & about had me punching someone.

This is my favorite BBQ place, Brisket blend of both is just so awesome. Its so soft, juicy; feels like its melting in your mouth. Definitely give it a try, you wont be disappointed.
