Delivery time1 hour 20 minutes. When got food, got half of the order. Called they told me that that was the order that was wrote down. I hung up the phone, pretty mad but was going to go get something else. My wife was really angry, she called and asked for a manager, the girl told my wife that she was the only one there and hung up on my wife, that made her even more mad, and my wife got hung up on 3 more times. So we drive to the resteraunt, and I walked in after my wife, she was pretty furious, raising her voice, the guy behind the counter stayed calm and nice. I asked him if we could just give back the food and get our money back, then another guy came in and asked if they could just redo our order and offered us more stuff at no extra cost. I told him that would be fine and we just want what we ordered. There were two ladies sitting in there and one of them informed us that we were the 4th people to come in and complain. That lady was the mother of the girl that hung up on my wife. That girl had been there all day and the manager or owner left her there to do everything and close by herself. She had called her family to ask for help, so like a good family does, they all came to help. My wife and I both hugged the girl and apologized for getting angry at her. So like in many cases, the employee gets set up to look stupid by the manager. If we are ever back in San Antonio I dont think we will order pizza from there, but we need to remember that everyone has something going on that we dont know about. I gave 1 star toward the establishment, but I would give the employees or the family 10 stars. They tried to make it right and make us happy. And surprisingly the mom of the girl sat and listened to my wife going off about her daughter and never got mad, she remained calm and completely nice, after they said they would fix our order, that is when the lady informed us that she was her mom. Then we set and talked with her for 20 minutes. So while the manager or owner may be an idiot, the employees are very good and respectful, and just trying to do their job

Im sorry but I will never buy from you pizzeria again. I will also inform all my colleagues and business partners of the poor service and bad attitude I received today. I purchased a simple order. Large pepperoni pizza, small wings, and 4 pizza rolls. I got my order and received the large pizza, wings, and only 2 pizza rolls. 2 pizza rolls short really wasnt a big deal as much as the attitude and unprofessionally handled situation. I called and spoke to someone about the shortage and when I called he informed me to call back in 10 minutes. Like seriously, I just called to say I was short on my order and Im told to call back in 10 minutes. I told the gentleman ok that was fine. I then called back 10 minutes later and a different man answered the phone. I tried telling him what happened but was interrupted. His interruption/response was "I am not sure why they would short you 2 pizza rolls but yea, ok. Ill send them right out I guess". First, I am unsure why YOU would short me as well but second dont try to make me a liar over the phone. He sounded like the Manger or maybe even the owner but rest assured youve lost my business and more. Btw Im sending you this message an hour after I called back about my shortage and still have not received the rest of my order. Keep the pizza rolls and no refunded requested/required. Maybe someday youll learn the reason why your business has yet to reach Franchise vs mom & pop shop.

placed an order to be delivered to my hotel. The menu that they illegally left under my door listed the Lasagna w/garlic toast as $6.99 plus "add a salad" for .99. It advertised they take credit cards, but they refused to take mine saying the machine was down. I was charged $12.00 for my meal...somehow I dont think that 6.99 + .99 + tax equals $12.00. When the food was delivered, they did not bring any utensils or napkins, or condiments. I opened my bags and found there was NO garlic toast, the salad was about 3 bites and the Lasagna was basically shredded lasagna noodles with tomato sauce and possibly a bit of mystery meat. I called the pizzeria back and attempted to complain. The person on the phone said that hed talked to me and told me the cost was $12.00. I told him that I looked at the menu and quoted him the prices listed. He then informed me that the price (on the menu that was delivered this same day) was $8.99. I told him I was looking at the menu...I also told him that I did not receive the garlic toast or any utensils. He didnt really care and shouted the fact that hed quoted me the price before they delivered it...he then hung up on me. The managment at the hotel says the pizzeria has been told to stay out of the hotel, but they continue to sneak back in and slide the flyers under the doors. The WORST FOOD IVE EVER EATEN
