If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!!.....Worse Customer service ever!!!!Save your self the time and your money!!!!Last Night my Husband ordered a lg Pizza ,Sub and Wings they said it would be an hour before we could pick it up...That by it self is a joke an hour!?Well an hour goes by ,he leaves to get our food ...30 min goes by and Iam wondering where my husband is this place is only 5 min away.I call him and he tells me when he got there ...The ticket order was just there on the table and they forgot about it!Mind you this isnt the 1st time they have forgotten about our order or it takes forever to get the order correct.So I call this place my self and ask to speak with a Manger ...The girl very rudely replies hes not here ,So I dont know who you can speak with ....I ask what is the wait time because this is crazy "It took almost 2 hours to receive our food"...Then I try and ask her name ...And she hangs up on me ....I call back and tell her this is the worse customer service i have ever received and she deserves to be fired with the way she talks to people!"Customers" her response I will never get fired..Come to find out she is the Owners/Mangers girlfriend so she feels invincible I suppose...and from reading comments below this is the same women with the auttuide. Seriously Mr.Manger do your self a favor and take her off the phone and work on getting better employees and more employees for time management ....Save your business because from all these bad reviews its bound to catch up to you and come to an end!!!! They advertise a $4.99 lg pizza but if you pay with your card its an extra $2 and any extra toppings $2 each ....By the time you leave its a $11 pizza ...You can get better service and food some where else for that price!I will never again give my money to this hole in the wall place.

DO NOT ORDER HERE!If I could Id give this place 0 stars I would.The wait time was ridiculous to receive my food.I had to wait 2 hours.My hotel was just down the street about 12 minutes away.When I called to cancel nobody would answer the phone and then it went to some echoey voicemail.Conveniently for them their voicemail inbox was full so I couldnt talk to anyone.When my food did arrive.It was cold and it was just nasty.My chicken wings were overdone and bland.The pizza was something you could get at walmart for cheaper.The chicken alfredo was terrible.Everything I had was bland.The delivery driver looked like someone off the street.He made all these excuses about there being traffic.I live 12 minutes down the street.There were children in the back seat and someone in a white tank top driving.The delivery guy was EXTREMELY unprofessional.He was swearing about how bad the "F***ng" traffic was.His other choice of vocabulary was extremely inappropriate and colorful.He had no pen and had to have one of his kids run up and give it to him.Unlike other pizza places who will leave pamphlets on your door these people will push their pamphlets into your hotel room.Papa Ginos and Il Villaggio Italiano are the same place.Do not be fooled by the pamphlets they give out.Their motto should be "Same crappy place,same crappy service, with the same crappy food".Shady business!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS RESTAURANT.YOU CAN FIND SOMETHING CHEAPER WITH BETTER FOOD!This place is a rip off.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! Wouldnt even give one star but its as low as it lets me give. So first off, just like EVERYONE ELSE, we got a flyer under the door, the lady was already rude, ordered a pizza, wings, and 2 dessert items. They said it would be about 40 minutes and it didnt get here until an hour and a half later. Then The guy comes and is all twitchy and is acting like hes on crack and gives us the wings and deserts and when i ask about the pizza he said he left it in the car so i say okay and i wait for 30 MORE MINUTES. Now i know something is up so we call and tell the lady we never got our pizza when she responds very rude and tells us we were wrong. We ask to speak to the manager AND ITS THE GUY WHO DELIVERED THE PIZZA, he tells us HE GAVE US THE PIZZA WHEN HE DIDNT! We argue a while then he hangs up, we call back and tell him to forget their terrible food and we are just gonna call the police and the BBB. He tells us good luck with that and hangs up on us. Thats just our story. Still need to be convinced to not order from this place? Just read all these other peoples terrible experiences. Dont expect this place to be open much longer, they are all going to be jailed very soon. FYI this place was called NY Pie Pizzeria on the flyer but its the same place. I guess they also when by Papa Ginos or something, so dont get ripped off!

I ordered for delivery. Should have stopped with the girl who answered the phone very rude. We were told less than an hour and hour and a half later they ate telling me that the delivery is out and I cant cancel it. Another 45 minutes later the guy shows up in give him 3 20s for a 42 dollar order and he turns around and leaves I have to leave my room go to his car to get my change. It took him longer than it should have to get me my change. I go back to my room toke the food out of the bags. But no spaghetti for my son who is now asleep with it being 1130 at night now. I call speak to the manager tell him I didnt get my spaghetti. He tells me that Im lying with out taking a breath.he put it in the bag himself. I told him again that we didnt get it. He told me that I could come up there and get the spaghetti but no delivery would be made. I informed him that my son was asleep and I was just trying to let you know that your team messed up. I dont want anything from you. He told me that his team doesnt make mistakes Im trying to steal from him.so I informed him I was writing a review his response ok so what. Save your money. Save your time. And by the way my wings sucked and my wifes gyro she had to open it to pick the edible pieces

As respect for a property manager, Ive asked multiple times that you are more than welcome to leave your flyers at the front desk and well be more than happy to give out your flyers to guest when requested for any recommendations regarding food delivery. Your company continues to leave your flyers in the door jam leaving trash around the property. Myself & my team continue to pick this up in our parking lot & corridors through out the day. cleanliness is what we strive for. Im sure your aware since we share the same industry. And also unfortunate that we cant work as a team for the better of our business to flourish. We cant partner up or have a relationship when you are disengaged. (no care or concern) Its frustrating when Ive asked kindly and in a professional manner. Yet you insist to keep trashing our property, disregard my requisition & hang up while Im still talking. I find that very rude when people hang up as the other party is still trying to get a few words in. Nothing but the best for you (the manager that hung up in my face) & your company!
