Horrible customer service, along with Pedro the manager. Very dissatisfied and disappointed, especially since we were first time customers. We were so dissatisfied with our service we called the General Manager Anise. First of all I placed our order online and did not receive a confirmation email. I waited about 15 mintues and called the store to ask if my order was received. Pedro was the person I spoke to. He said I orderd to many toppings on my pizzas. At this point if I ordered to many toppings why does the website let you order up to 13 veggies and 9 meats. If this isnt possibe then it should not be an option to place some many toppings on your pizzas. Then I asked how long my order will take to be ready. Pedro said in about 8 mins. Then he asked when I would in to pick up my order. I said about 10 mins. My husband got down to pick up our order. And he was in the store for about 35 mins. When our order should have already been ready. When he came back to the car he called the General Manger Anise to let him know about the horrible service he had just received in the store. Especially from Pedro the manager. I sent pictures of our pizzas and dessert to the GM. He said he would make it right. After about an hour and a half Pedro called me to personally aplogize for the service we received from their store. He said he would also personally cook and replace our order. I am glad the issue was addressed from the GM to the manager to make things right with us as customers.

I have to give a bad review because of what I witnessed at this restaurant today. Every time a first time customer went to order, one of the employees would yell, "we got a first timer!" SO loud, and the other employees would yell loudly and cheer. The same when someone left, every employee would YELL, "bye thank you!" At the top of their lungs. It was ridiculously loud. But I could deal with it. Then, a lady walked in and went straight to the manager, but before she could get a word out, he walked over and told her, "if you keep harassing us, Im going to call the cops." She looked shocked and said, "ok Pedro, call the cops." And she left. I watched her through the window and she walked to the space/store that is right next to Urban Bricks. I couldnt see what it was at that moment, but when we left (after getting an unnecessarily loud goodbye), my husband and I noticed it is a Massage and Spa. I then realized the lady had gone to ask them to not be so loud, as a massage is supposed to be relaxing. The way Pedro handled it was extremely rude. Granted, I dont know their entire history, but loud yelling can be extremely damaging to a business that makes its money based on relaxation. And the pizza was alright.

My girlfriend and I wanted to check out this place as she is allergic to gluten and saw they offered gluten free crusts. We were greeted with friendly staff that were more than happy to help us accommodate to the gluten free options. The manager, Pedro, was super friendly and went out of his way to make sure everything was gluten free for her even to the extent of cleaning the oven before firing the pizza to avoid cross contamination. We were very satisfied with service as each employee working had a smile on their face and took care of us from beginning to end. The pizza was BOMB, especially for being gluten free. Definitely on our list of spots well frequent more often. Delicious pizza and stellar service.

Many young undertrained workers. Ingredients were sub par at best. My spicy red sauce tasted no different from my wifes regular red sauce. The center of the pizzas were not crispy at all and just slightly undercooked. It seems this is caused by having too many toppings even though they have a sign that recommends you choose at least 3 to 4 (my pizza had 3 toppings and my wifes had 4 and her pizza turned out quite a bit less cooked than mine. It was pretty busy there and not very clean. My wifes stomach was hurting shortly after consuming her pizza and mine bothered me the whole next day. Pricing is about $10 a pizza and $5 for a dessert item. Based on the pricing and quality, I would not return.

Decent pizza, reasonable cost, terrible service. Placed an order online and never received an order confirmation or any other indication that my order even went through. Spent 20 minutes calling to make sure my order went through, but they would not even answer the phone. Ended up driving down and finding out that my order had gone through, but they had not started on it yet. Once the pizzas were done, I asked for parmesan and the woman scoffed and handed me 3 packets of parmesan for 2 pizzas. All around bad experience and i would recommend driving to another location...

The pizza is delicious but the service is horrible. I ordered my 4 pizzas online for pickup at 8PM. The website told me my order would be ready at 8:30 PM. I arrived on time only to be told they havent even started making my order. Shame. The quality of these pizzas is top notch but try to catch them on a week day cause they cant function because of high demand on the weekends. Now the time is 9PM Im forced to sit and wait almost 30 min for a order I called in an hour ago.

Food was surprisingly good (pizza can be hit or miss in San Antonio) and the service is great. I do wish the staff wouldnt scream the WELCOME script at me every time I come in. Even when I just go to the car and come back in I get assaulted with noise upon re-entering. At least they are paying attention and really want you to feel welcome! The pricing cant be beat and I must reiterate that the food is great.

DELICIOUS... Depending on what you get. I did a make your own for only 7.99 and put reg sauce, mozzarella, Italian sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives and drizzle of eevo.... The most delicious pizza! But my husband made an Alfredo like pizza which lacked flavor. The personal pizza is large! You can def share between two people. Check these guys out... Beer on tap and fired pizza... Yes please!

First time, went through drive through- which considering its pizza, was pretty fast. Sauce was good, cheese and pepperoni also good. Dough... Meh. I went with white dough and it was alright, needs some work. Also had the banana Nutella dessert pizza -delicious! Same dough, but with this was good because it didnt overwhelm the bananas. Overall pretty good, Ill be back :)

Not allergy friendly or knowledgeable. I had been unknowingly been eating foods that my breastfed daughter cant have. I had asked the manager personally if their crusts were free of dairy and soy and he confirmed they were but months later I was informed their gluten free crust contains dairy and the white and wheat crusts contain soy. Very disappointing.

Been dying to try urban bricks for some time now and man it was awesome. The staff was up beat and friendly, they had a amazing crew working that night. They walked us through the process , answered questions and even cracked a few jokes . Our pizzas were awesome and everything was prepared perfectly. We will be going back as often as we can!
