Worst customer service I have EVER received from a Cicis establishment!!! And this was from a Manager!!! I went in today with my 2 kids and a 2 month old to eat dinner. I sent my son to the counter to order me a spinich Alfredo pizza and have it brought to the table, that way I wouldnt have to leave the baby at the table alone. I see the first manager tell my son that there is already a spinich Alfredo pizza on the hot stand. So my son brings me 2 slices. I get up and walk over to the counter ( leaving my two month old in the car seat at the table alone with my 9 and 10 year olds, I request with a different manager to order a spinich Alfredo pizza and his reply is the same as the first manager, that there is already a pizza on the hot counter. I explain that the reason I am ordering one is so that I can have it brought to the table and I can eat my dinner without having to leave my two month old at the table without proper supervisor every time i want another slice! He proceeds from to tell me that those types of pizzas that are already on the hot counter can not be made to order and brought to the table! I have been eating at CiCis pizza for over 20 years, I have NEVER heard such lies!!!! I will be calling corporate Monday morning!

Primera y ultima vez que comemos en ese lugar mi hija tenía tentación de probar la pizza allí por eso fuimos, llegamos y todo bien el trato y la comida estaban muy bien pero cuando acompañe a mi hija a que tomará un pedazo más de pizza vemos un cucaracho caminando como si nada en la barra , si logró llegar hasta allí ya me imagino cómo estará de animales en la parte de atrás donde preparan la comida. Obvio nunca más comeremos allí

Came here to eat and waited in line for about 5 min cause the cashier didnt know what she was doing and she only had one customer. Their website says they close at 10:30. We got there a little after 9:20 and the woman said that they close in 15 min and that we had only 15 min to eat. She was very rude and said that we must have looked at another cicis website. The restaurant was full of people but we had to leave cause we only had 15 min to eat. she then got on her phone and didnt pay anymore attention to us. Never coming here again.

The most worse customer service ever! The hardest time requesting a specialty pizza; veggies only with tomato sauce on garlic bread. The manager, a Hispanic guy night shift (Im not racists; Im half Latina) tried to refuse to make the pizza. Was not greeted & took almost 5 mins for the cashier to even come back to the register. Not mention, while a worker was refilling the mariner sauce, she sees clearly Im waiting to get the Alfredo sauce. Keep in mind the mariner sauce was already full. S

My husband and I were really excited when we got a Cicis close to our house. We go when we get a coupon for buy one get one free buffet, and it is super cheap. I guess we get lots of coupons though, because the last couple of times weve gone they remember what pizza we like and start making it when we walk in! Everyone is always so friendly at this location and they go above and beyond to serve their customers. I cant speak for every Cicis, but the one on the South Side is great!

Brownies world burn he still take the old and the macaroni look old and not hot as it should be this is the worst place ever to come to Cicis Pizza on military Dr everybody is OK until you eat the food but this is for ever the worst place if you want a pizza I rather go to Pizza Hut Mr Gattis dominos on my god thats worse but still good but never come to CicisPizza,,and the workers or rude,,,i wouldnt ever come back again to the his place....ever

Went in right before closing and the management wasnt too happy it seemed but he still allowed me and my guest to stay and eat what was left from the buffet. I felt bad coming in so close to closing but they still provided excellent service and didnt even charge us for the food even though I offered to pay for it all. I left a $10 or 15 tip on the table for them regardless. And the food was great.

So i was not sure of coming here in the first place.but when i heard they can make any pizza i know i made the right choice. So i wanted a uncommon request i wanted A pineapple pizza stuffed crust with extra cheese and they actually made it so Now i come almost 2 a week good job.

food is old. and I got attitude when I was letting the management know. didnt even get an apology. They laughed too like its funny to serve old ass food and I didnt even go to get a refund. obviously they need the money more than me. I dont recommend this place.

I went yesterday, I saw a beautiful girl there, she was a customer but I went with my wife, so I couldnt tell her nothing..... so sad. I hope to go back and see her again. She was with many ladies, she was wearing yoga pants and she has a nice butt.....

Love this place. Go here about once every two weeks. And always get greeted and the food is always so fresh. The salad buffet if awesome my husband is a diabetic so he cant have to much pizza and he Loves the salad options. Definited recommend!

Clean appearance, friendly and attentive workers and fairly good pizza that kids love make it a good place to take the family. It, however, can be expensive compared to just buying a couple of good pies from you local pizzeria.

Cicis has just always been a great place no matter where it is. The staff are always friendly. The pizza is pizza you cant really complain because its pizza, and the environment is just awesome.
