The worst experience ever it was our first time there and are last!!! We went on Mothers Day to to enjoy a nice dinner with the family. I was not that busy & it took the waitress about 10 minutes to come over just to ask what drinks we wanted. Then we ordered an appetizer and it took about 30 minutes for us to get it. When I noticed the table that got there after us got theirs before us. My has been asked the waitress when our appetizer was coming out and she said that they are still working on it when she surely knew that they messed up by giving the other table our appetizer. After that the manager came to speak with us said that we asked for him to come over, which we didnt but I believe the waitress panicked and told the manager to come see if everything was OK because we were still waiting on our appetizer. He did apologize for the wait and said that it was coming right out. Another 10 minutes the waitress came out with our appetizer as my husband looks & on the celery there was a dead fly!!! How sick is that!! Wow he was very upset and disgusted that we wanted to leave already. The manager came out and spoke with my husband and apologize and wanted to correct their mistakes by comping our dinner so being that it was our first time ever eating there we took it under consideration and we still stayed. After that we had already wasted about an hour just waiting around and waiting for food to be made so we asked them to make it to go. So when we get home to eat our dinner my husband finds a hair in his pasta we were so disgusted once again and cannot believe how unsanitary that place is. We would never go there again. To add we are not ones to make a Bad review but in this case we must share because that was the worst experience ever.

I have never been in this TGI friday but I visited a few of your locations all over the country. I like your company for your prices and customer service but this location is the worst. Their cups looks like it was ran in dirty water and wiped with dirty towels that has been filled once all day and dried even tho you can clearly see it still have "food" and other things on the cup. I am taking this time to write to you. To see if this can be fixed or even have better management. I have seen worst management but still have clean dishes than this. Dont want to ruin the experience I have with your TGIF company because of a poorly managed location. I have pictures of the dishes if I was given an email to send it to or even a number. I was never asked to have my food to go. Never got a refill I mean you name it. All the tables are not busy. So I dont see a reason why. We are left unattented. When i recieved my food it was cold and they look like they dont even know what theyre doing. We tried a lot of times to get someones attention but nobody came. My dad thats crippled and a vet had to get up and go get someone himself cause hes already pissed. And nobody even apologized but the manager. I would never recommend coming to this location nor come back. I am reluctant to go to a TGIFridays. Hope there is actions taken before this location is closed and before TGIFridays name ruined.

Went there today and ordered with a friend and his mom. His mom wanted pulled pork which they claimed they no longer carry. She settled on some grilled chicken plate. My buddy and i ordered the philly steak burgers, his with no mushrooms, mine no onion. For an appetizer he ordered a french onion soup...which leads to the first complaint, who puts broccoli into their french onion soup?! It was loaded with it. Then we got our main dishes...my buddies burger(no mushrooms) had received no mushrooms...no steak, the onions on the side raw not caramelised. Mine(no onion) received no onion, no steak, and added chicken, i mean wtf tgi? Idk what your thinking. BUT...here we go...we ordered replacements. He decided on the jack daniels burger, i went with just a simple cheese burger no onion no tomato. We got a very bloody and undercooked jd burger, and a chz burger fully loaded with tomato and onion included. The manager then proceeded to ask and i quote "Do you always complain like this at every restaurant you go to?" We told him we werent paying and were leaving. So we didnt pay and left. Whoever the manager was on duty on Thursday 6/19/14 needs replaced as he speaks very rudely to customers in the open claims there is nothing wrong with their food.

worst experience ever manager saw me sitting there for 10 min and finally said hi got my drinks (which was water that i didnt even want) walked away with out even asking if i was ready to order than said he wouldnt be taking care of me someone else would. no one ever came back not even with my water. i had to ask the bartender who had no idea what he was doing he also looked like he was a manager. he came back to our table took our drink order which where alcohol and took 20 min to make it than said he didnt have the correct ingredients to make it..... how do you not have a brand new drinks ingredients that just hit your menu. i asked for the manager because by than all i wanted to do was eat he camd to my table laughing as if everything wa okay. this service by far was the worst experience ever i walked to get my own drink from the wanna be manager that kept touching his long hair and talking to the other manager about God knows what. the only reason i didnt walk out is because i am a waitress myself and hate when people do that. i will never be returned to this place to eat. this place needs completely new staff idk how this place is still running. UNBELIEVABLE

Arrived 2:57pm sunday November 10th 2013 We were party of 3. We were told to wait even though there were booths open. Only a family of five in front of us. Seated at 3:03. Waitress "Sabrina arrived at our table at 3:11 asked what we would like to drink and took our orders at the same time. She apologized for the wait and said she would rush it. What ever that means ? Our Orers were two jack Daniels burgers for 10.29$ and two sweet teas. One child ..order of chicken fingers and fries and chocolate milk. Drinks arrived at 3:22. She once again apologized for wait. Said she had problems with credit card machine. Food arrived at 3:35 Burgers were a good temp and so were the fries. Burger tasted awesome! Fresh lettuce and tomato. Meat was juicy. Fries were crispy and tasteful. Kids chicken tenders on the other hand were dry and kinda rough. Fries were good. Chocolate milk was kinda warm and not very sweet. Came back to check on us at 3:40 Came back and we asked for refils at 3:47 Came back with refills at 3:50 Total was about 35$

Family went on a Saturday evening, wait time was 45minutes, decided to get drinks at the bar, bartender was Kaylee(?), short, overweight, ugly girl, the rudest person ever.. She got mad at my husband and said she "wasnt going to serve us"!!!! and walked away mumbling something. When she did come back she completely ignored us, the "manager" had to come and take our drink order.. Wouldnt recommend her serving you unless you like RUDE people.. RUDE girl if you are reading this Your JOB is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Customer is ALWAYS right if you dont like it than find somewhere else to work!!! where you dont have to deal with ummm PEOPLE!!!! and stop ruining other peoples day!! Had a really nice waitress, food was just okay but did take an hour to get.. I love TGI Fridays but will never return to this location!! the location on I-10 is WAAYYYYY better..
