For the most part, bar and wait staff service was good. Frustrating though when the word of a single individual who chooses to sit at a table on the edge of the dance floor complains to the bouncers that your friend on the dance floor is dancing on the dance floor, which ultimately gets your friend and her husband kicked out. Additionally, while the drinks ordered for said friend on the dance floor were taken off the tab, they were then subsequently given to the individuals who just had our friends removed, for no justified reason. No attempt to solve at the lowest level. No attempt by bouncers to Investigate the situation further. No warning that they would be kicked out at the whim of a single individual. 2 stars; while the actual product/service producing wait staff was good, they offered no input when decent, paying customers are removed by your stereotypical, overweight, black-leather-glove-wearing, line-is-long-because-I-cant-find-the-birthday-fast-enough, I-wear-my-sunglasses-at-night, SAPD wannabe, tacticool, private military, bar security guy.

First off I went to this bar on a Friday night, It was super busy. It took us forever and a day to get a drink. from the bar. When we were finally able to talk to a waitress who claimed she was the manager too when I asked to speak with one about her service was rude as f*** I dont know what it is about employees who hate their jobs that they have to give rude customer service all the time dont be pissed at me cause you were giving us bad service. Also if she was really the manager this place really needs to get a new one. Get a different job if you dont like the current one you have.

I went there on a Tuesday, TUESDAY, with some co-workers for a birthday happy hour. The waitress was slower than renewing my driver license at DPS with coming by our table for another round. Then the waitress, with an extra chromosome, tells me with no sense of urgency that she gave my credit card to another customer 30 mins before! This idiot then tells the bar manager and not one word from the manager. Not an apology, NOTHING! Just a look of stupidity on both their smug faces. This place wasnt even busy, because it was a TUESDAY at 5:30pm! Def wont be back there again.

Fui con mi esposa a ver la pelea de wfc, muy completo el lugar para ver los eventos deportivos. Pero la estancia después del evento nos quedamos a oír música o tal vez a bailar, no quedando muy satisfecho por el tipo de música tan monótona y de un solo tipo (Rap)

Ugh awful horrible place. Central San Antonio therefore everyone from all the parts of the South side and Marbach road come here. There is so much prison looking security that works here on weekend nights. That should let you know something. The bartenders are horrible at service. I always just get my beverage and close out due to sketchy activity there, and for obvious reasons I never tip. You wont be tempted to either once you receive service here if you do. Last stop resort. If anything call it a night before heading here.

I love coming to this location. First I want to say I had a VIP party here this past Saturday and corry the bouncer made sure I was taking care of and our experience was really VIP.. Carmon I believe the manager really put our VIP experience to the next level. And Art the bartender omg my whole family loved him. Me and my husband are regular here and for the whole team to treat my family like VIP was just amazing.. thank you guys..

The appetizers were fresh and delicious the bartenders were quick and courteous the atmosphere was pleasant there was numerous big screen tv with different shows for your viewing pleasure darts, pool tables and the music was not to loud where you could not carry a decent conversation and most important it was affordable and the crowd were in there mid 30s plus very good place for a nite of relaxation. Five star I would rate.

Walked in the door, greeted by NO ONE, so we sat ourselves. Ended up leaving after waiting about 15 mins. Whats up with the customer service?? No one even came to greet us, say someone would be with us shortly....nothing! Whos running this place? BTW it was early, not that busy at all.

Lemon pepper chicken wings are amazing here. Ask for all drum. They will take care of you.The guacamole is made to order also. Very delicious. One of the few cool hangout spots in this area. TVs everywhere. Great venue for catching any live game or fight.

The service was horrible! Waitresses are angry and act like they hate being there. Ive been 2 times and tried to spend money but the wait staff refused to help us. I tried to order some food and it never came. Im done with this place.

I like to go here to watch the boxing on tv. They have food but its kinda pricey. But I like the DJ and the patio on both floors. The place is clean and they do have a dress code and lots of cops to keep the thugs out.

I like this place. It is awesome. The wait staff, when not swamped, is on top of everything. They know me and what I drink so I dont even have to tell them. They are great, fantastic, especially Jocelyn.

The djs play corny tracks and are played out. The tracks were cringe yet again. The normies though really bring good vibes nonetheless maybe a more industrial vibe would have been more my style. Too modern

A good spot to patron on a Friday night. The crowd is very diverse, good music, good drinks and friendly staff. It does tend to get crowded later into the night.
