My brother was in town and was super stoked to enjoy top golf. When we arrived there was a bit of wait so we headed to the bar area for dinner. The waiter took our order, without writing it down. We joked with him surprised that he would remember it all as we were a party of 5. Once the food arrived every single item was incorrect. Were pretty patient people, we simply advised the waiter of the mistake. He blamed a short staffed kitchen. We moved to our bay and continued to wait for the food. It took more than one hour to get everything fixed and when the food did come out it was cold. The waiter let us know that something would be comped but when the check came nothing was. After we brought this to his attention we saw him converse with the manager who made no effort to come speak to us. The waiter came back and offered comped wings. Costumer service is definitely not a strong suite. We were very disappointed with our experience.

***6/04/2017 Update*** Im sorry to say not much has changed since the initial review and my visit today. Its a slow Sunday evening and drinks have remained empty for 30 minutes, we have not seen our bay host for a while, and the staff continue to lack any sense of professionalism. The atmosphere is what makes this place. Modern, clean, and laid back. However, the blatant lack of customer service with a smile is apparent here. Bartenders always seem bothered with any request, bay hosts dont come around for long periods of time, and although the food is somewhat good, it is overpriced for what you get. It seems as though the "fun" personalities needed to get hired here should be replaced with some sort of professionalism and sense of customer service. Come for the experience if you have not been but dont expect to be amazed by the staff.

Worst customer service in San Antonio!, The waitress (Kelsey) lost my credit card and she was rude and unhelpful, I am now moneyless while on vacation. El peor servicio en atención al cliente en San Antonio!, La mesera (Kelsey) extravió mi tarjeta de crédito y fue grosera e inútil para darme una solución; además de que nunca lo admitió. Ahora estoy sin tarjeta de crédito en mis vacaciones. Pésimo.

I was here with some friends saturday and we made 2 purchases one by the bar for $30 and change and the 2nd one while we were at the Bay For $41 and change well today im going thru my account and I see someone added $10 more to my ticket i called right away and spoke to (keth) i think thats her name and i told her that was called theft and i was very upset and wanted a full refund half the day went by and she called back sayinv they could only give me the "10" I say they apparently charged because they have no records on my receipt!!! Im very upset is the principle i asked to speak to a manager and she said she handled refunds and they were sorry!!! I should just have made a police report for stealing!!! I suggest all of you check your accounts and make sure you werent over charged!!

I never played golf before. That said it was super fun! Way better than mini golf. You get to hit the ball further and harder and you get to try different clubs. Also there are different golf games you can play for those who have no clue about the actual game. I went with my husband. We spent $80 including tip. We were there only an hour which was adequate for two people there to golf and not eat. It can get expensive if you buy food (it also takes time from the golfing experience as the golfing is $20 per hour. ) Definetely something to try once for a date or guys/girls nite out. We will definetely go again. Recommend going at evening as the lighting looks cool. Your group gets your own personal bay kind of like bowling but way posher.

Worst service ever! My husband and I went last night to celebrate our anniversary. It was a Tuesday and, rather slow compared to past visits. Our bay host took 20 minutes to show up at our table. She was not only less than friendly but, took my husbands order and tried to take off before getting mine! Everything he ordered showed up no less than 10 minutes before what I ordered, nothing complicated. It then took 45 minutes to get my salad. We left early and mad! The excuse, "were short staffed down here". I guess the people on the upper levels were paying more last night... Highly recommend eating before you get to a bay and, avoid the bottom floor unless your only going to order bottled beer, everything else takes way too long!

I reserved 2 bays for my sons birthday party. They said it would be 10 minutes to clean the tables. 45 minutes later I go up and they tell me we had been deleted from the system but would sit us somewhere else. Immediately after we finished our first hour and paid for the second on each bay, they come up and tell us they need the bays for someone else. They said they needed it within 10 minutes. We were moved to the hot terrace in the middle of the day with 8 kids and parents. It was SO embarrassing! When I complained they offered to give us an order of DOUGHNUT HOLES!!! Doughnut Holes Really?! They made our party move into the hot sun and cut our party short. SUCH AN EMBARRASSMENT! We will not be going back!

Good company, same as any other top golf, but this places service is horrible.!.!. Took 3 bartenders to get to me 10mins after I sat Down on a slow evening, they tried charging me for 3 drinks when I only ordered 2. Then tried to encourage me to drink another one. My request for my to go order wasnt correct, and then asked me if I wanted a bag, like how else would I bring all of my to go order with me? Think people think..! Definitely recommend a new management that will lead by example and not from the back. Yall are making a good company look like ass..! Find some good motivated people that want to work and actually do work...! Austins Top Golf is way better. Need to go visit them soon..!

Had a bad experience this afternoon with my wife for our day date, went to check in for 2 hours the checking girl told us that they have a opening for us to head to lane 131 and it should be available for u guys, went there seat down started looking at the menu, a guy approach us and told us you guys can site here I said why the host lady (check in lady) told us to head that way. He said you guys cant site here because this is reserved, there was no reserved sighs in the lane, I wanted to show him my txt that my send me for the lane he said he didnt care that I needed to go back to check in. Just didnt want to argue a mess my date out we decided to leave.

I met up with some friends here and I was very excited about experiencing this for the first time. Living in Vegas and coming back home to visit, I had to come here because all of the hype Ive heard from friends. I spoke with 4 different staff members and they were either not interested in helping me? Or the just had no idea about things I saw on their brochures and things they advertised. They were also extremely rude as we were finishing up with a bay we reserved. Im pretty big on service and thats why Im taking time out to review this, I can promise you that of the service was good I would also be on here praising them. Very disappointed @topgolfsat
