Im a pretty inexperienced coffee drinker but I wanted to try a local place for once vs Starbucks. The staff could have been a little more suggestive/informative about drinks (I just threw out that I like iced coffee and caramel and got no suggestions in what they offer that might suit me) but he was super friendly. He did offer me their signature travel coffee cup for an extra dollar, which I will definitely be using at home. The drink was pretty good though (coffee, half and half, and caramel). Im sure Ill be back.

This is one of the better coffee shops in San Antonio. Its really nice to support a local business, considering there are very few options in SA beyond Starbucks. The coffee itself is great, and prepared quickly. Located in Olmos Park (on McCullough), the chairs and general atmosphere are comfortable. The service is always great-- the baristas are cool, down-to-earth people who are more than happy to strike up a conversation with you. Often, people will stay for several hours to work. Laptop workers are common.

I have come here for years, and have always had an excellent experience. The prices are extremely fair, the employees have always been kind and attentive and the atmosphere is perfect for meeting a friend or getting some work done. The coffee is usually very good, and they have a wide variety of coffee, espresso and tea based drinks. While it might not be my favorite cup of coffee on town, it is hands down my favorite place to actually drink my coffee.

Only one complaint. I love the comfy seating, the dedicated computer stations, and the delicious coffee. The decaf Americano was excellent...My one complaint is that they seem to use free Pandora or satellite radio and your cozy experience of reading a book or working is rudely interrupted by an obnoxious commercial. Come on guys. A $4 per month Pandora paid subscription is pittance to offer your patrons an excellent experience.

Olmos Perks brewed coffee (free refills!) is usually pretty good, but there is room for improvement; their espresso drinks are quite good for dark roast. Service is good, and the ambiance is nice, although the decor is almost too hip for me-- Id rather they had gone with less stylish, more comfortable tables and couches/lounges. The music is unobtrusive, and the environment is conducive to reading, studying, or chatting.

I have been told that this place isnt the same since the "new owner" took over a few years ago. Having never been here with the old owner, all I know is that the family who runs it now is great. I have always had good service, great chai, and they dont yell at me for sitting for a few hours and reading my book. If you are looking for a quiet spot to read, study, or work? This is a good choice.

Nice comfortable good looking space for chatting or doing some work. Coffee on the other hand not good, had a cappuccino from one of those press a button machines. Espresso tasted over roasted. Plus not much to eat other than some store bought muffins.

I had the Tiger Spice Chia Tea Latte. It was good, but not the best I have ever had. I will try another drink option next time. The interior was modern. The atmosphere was okay. No complaint on the service. Overall, good experience.

Love this coffeehouse! Very bright & full of natural light inside. Anything you order is amazing from coffees to chai lattes. They also have several different options for chai so go for the tiger blend! Its delicious.

A sort of modern industrial decor makes the place feel clinical and sterile. Great for germ freaks and uptight yuppies to hang out. The coffee was good, not the best, but better than any chain coffee could ever be.

I loved it here, the coffee was great and the atmosphere was very laid back. When I went in around 1:00PM, there werent many people at all. The area is very nice, upscale little shops and restaurants near by.

Love this place! The food is always fresh and the owner is very friendly. The owners wife makes a killer spinach and cheese savory. The Americano is my go to coffee. Great place to hangout and talk.

Horrible coffee, they need to hire a decent barista. The shot was the most horrible ever! I would rather have a STARBUCKS espresso then here. it even had coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup!
