Came in with the family for a Sunday afternoon snack. From the moment we walked in we felt uncomfortable as if we were bothering the staff because we were a large group. The cashier, Victoria seemed bothered by our large order. When our drink order was ready, we asked the Barista, Sean, for a small water for our young son. Without even turning his head he stated he would make it after he had made all of the other orders ahead of ours. My son then began choking at the counter from needing water. The barista continued to ignore us. I asked to speak with the manager and was shocked when the same rude barista came to help me as the manager. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager to complain about him! I told him that he had not given good customer service by ignoring us, especially when my son was choking. He ended up giving us the water but it was just an overall terrible experience.

I have had a few good trips here, but this morning heading into weekend work I stopped at 515 there were two cars at dunking donuts. As I turned the corner to head to star bucks I seen one employee sitting in there pick up truck with the driver door open and another car with no one inside. As I pulled up to the speaker there was no greeting I said hello a few times and left. As I drove around I seen no one Inside. I instead went to dunk in donuts and check Google maps. It said you were suppose to be open at 5 am.

I love Starbucks. However, this one is awful. My family and I moved here 3 months ago and I rely on my coffee to get myself going. This place is a mess. The coffee is never consistent. I have to ask for little things like a cup sleeve so I dont burn my hand or a cup holder since theres 4 coffees and 1 person and 2 cup holders in my SUV. Everytime Ive gone my order is wrong and I have to have it corrected. Theyre seriously need to train their people better and learn how to make a decent cup of coffee.

Great service with Kiris!!! He is by far the very best barista I have had the pleasure of meeting. He is willing to provide outstanding service and the best beverages here. My request was fulfilled beyond my expectations! Kiris provided me with what I asked him and went out of his way to exceed my expectations with very friendly customer service. I felt like I was talking with a new friend. I love this new location. I hope yoi meet Kiris!!

The service is horrible very disconnected. I order a pumpkin spice and receive what taste like three day old coffee. I called and returned Hoping to receive the correct drink however I was met with even more disappointment. Bad drink and yay an incident report for receiving their version of a pumpkin spice.. I will stick with Starbucks inside Target 151

I am a partner at another store but frequently visit this location. I have never had a "bad" drink here. I can tell that they pay attention to important little details like shot or brew times. It doesnt matter what time of day I come they are always welcoming and make it a great experience. When not working this is the store I will choose to visit! :)

We come to this location almost every day or we grab a to go order and most of the time it is a good experience. Then unfortunately there are days like today where my husband gets home from grabbing our usual order and his white mocha is half empty. He didnt notice there was such a drastic amount left out of the cup because it was in a drink carrier.

This has to be one of my favorite locations!! Dominique made me the best white Mocha I have ever had ! And with a smile ! She was so busy but stayed upbeat and bubbly! Store was clean and everyone was busy helping customers. Just a great experience!! Will be a regular for sure ! Thank you !!!

Called 45min in advance for a traveler, the belief being it would be ready by the time I arrived (I told them I would be there in 30min) but not surprisingly, it wasnt ready! I didnt call ahead so I could wait another 10min when I got there. Go to dunkin right next door.

I come here everyday to get a Pink Drink(Very Delish!) Ill admit the employees werent very talkative until I started speaking up... now after a while Im on a first name basis with a few of them!! They have gone above and beyond in making my drink perfect!!!

Right off of 151, this is a great location. It is easy to get to and leave. The service is great and the staff is hospitable. Although a little chilly at times, it is a very comfortable setting. It is a very new location.

Most staff here are amazing! Great drinks, great service. Youve got one girl here who doesnt know how to make a latte though! It comes out different every time but most recently it was espresso topped with coffee....

This starbucks is so awesome. I like to come here on my 30 minute lunch break because they are fast. Coffee is always strong and if they dont have dark roast at the time I go, they will make me a quick pour-over.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks. The employees are friendly, the music is not too loud, its not too cold and my drinks come out perfectly. When I want to work away from the office, this is where I come.
