Awful experience with the general manager. I placed a special order for my sons birthday only to arrive to have the general manager say that he had sold my order because I was 40 minutes late. No apologies or attempt to remedy-my fault for being 40 minutes late. I have never had any other bakery do this. I had to deal with a class of disappointed 7 year olds. Manager asked for my number before the order and did not call me prior to selling my order. I would have arrived on time if it had been communicated that my order would have been sold otherwise. Sebastian ruined my sons birthday. Krispy Kreme corporate assures me this is not their practice. Will await upper level management response.

Are there any better donoughts than these? NOOOOO. I am on a diet of little to no sugar but I have cheat days of one sweet item...Ill give everything up just for these as my cheat. I HATE you Krispy Kreme, you are TOO darn delicious. When you get their donuts fresh of the line and bite into it, is so soft, warm and delish that it curls back into itself. Whyyyyy??whyy must you be that good??

Love this place! Its right down the street from daughters so we like to go early in the morning. It smells so good, the place was clean n we even get a complimentary sample glazed donut. Its great! N my daughter looks forward to it all the time. Very friendly staff as well. Im just glad they finally brought one to the south side. Go krispy kreme! Lol

Ordered a Kolache with bacon Egg and cheese And got HAM and cheese Instead . TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY I HATE NASY HAM . Felt like throwing up after taking a Bite . Now Im gonna be stuck at work with no breakfast because some people cant get a simple order correct . I recommend you check your food . Nightmare experience

Great service everytime I walk into the place even when its busy. Fresh donuts are always available and the Lattes are always on par. Drive thru is just as good and they are really trying to get you in and out to get you on your way...and they do it with a smile.

The best doughnuts on this planet. How lucky that on the day I visited was their 79th year anniversary celebration. I purchased one dozen and received the other one for 79 cents. Go for the glazed!!!!! Or chocolate or maples... They are all good.

Half of the time they are out of what you ask for. The other half of the time they have it its dirty and inconsistent. By far the worst Krispy kreme Ive ever been too. Does not live up to the name. Walmart has better donuts.
