I was served something I did not order. The waitress asked more than three times what we had order. Three times I had to repeat to the waitress my order and even like that she served me the wrong plate. Tres veces le repetí la orden a la mesera, lo que habíamos ordenado y aún así me sirvió la orden mal. Alguien necesita hacer algo en este restaurante o cerrarlo . La comida está muy aparte de eso. First off when you step into the restaurant, there is a foul smell as if the pluming had backed up. The waitresses have a real hard time understanding English and have had to send several plates back because they cannot interpret what I have said correctly. Service is sub par compared to the other surrounding Mexican Restaurants along W. Commerce/ General McMullen area. Had to place an order for several friends and when splitting the check the cashier charges the full amount on my debit when I specifically said I was using multiple payment methods, His response, "Oh all of it went through on the card". I am Hispanic and speak fluent Spanish and am ashamed to take my non-Spanish speaking friends there. My family used to be regulars and they have also agreed that they service and food has diminished over the past year.

I go and eat there regularly. Mainly breakfast tacos but sometimes dinner. Today I went and placed an order to go trying to beat am approaching storm. They took there time and several guest who arrived after us received their order before us. So after15 minutes waiting for é bean and cheese tacos and nachos the storm hits. And golf ball hauls behind to fall. I went on my bike because I literally live for blocks down so I receive me o order and decide its in my best interest to eat there, taking heed that hail is falling dangerously and I asked for chips and salsa and they f denied me copys and salsa after I place a thirty dollar order. In other words f that place

They messed up my order more than once it took an hour to eat the food that i ordered and the menudo was very greasy all you could taste was grease and all you could smell was grease the Restrooms looked very nice but when you needed to go to the restroom the toilet was backed up and orange it was gross then when I left I got food poisioning pluse the inside looked ratchet I recomend to never go there and to go to the McDonalds across the street.

Couldnt tell you anything about the food but the service is horrible. How can a resturant run out of cups for coffee and 25 mins later still waiting for my food. Ok update got coffee cup this time but service still horrible. Food was good but they charge .75 for Any type of changes. Sorry this was my last time here. Service is a major part of any Resturant.

Horrible service, 3 open tables and they were all dirty. Stood for five minutes by the dirty table waiting for it to be cleaned and the lazy waitresses just kept on walking by. They lost my service for life! So rude. Better options like Ritas, Lisas, Sol, Flor, etc down the road. Better service, always clean and better food.

Ive been to this restaurant many times and by far the best food all over that area. Because other locations like El Torreon are so nasty just to even go inside the place its always dirty but the Guadalajara guys are waaaaaaaaay cleaner than most places on the west side and food is great!

Carne Assad torta was barely a sandwich at all. It was just a big ball of grease that fell apart. Tasted good though. But 3 hours later I had my head in the toilet. I got food poisoning. Throwing up for days. Never again will I go here.
