Disappointing. Started off with the cliche of fly in my drink with the added bonus of rubbery & greasy calimari. It didnt get better from there...entrees flavor and seasoning consisted of salt and sprinkle of oregano. The melody of Italian seasoning was missing in every dish. One is better off saving some hard earned money and getting better quality and tasting food at Olive Garden; albeit, I woundt call Olive Garden the best Italian joint...so that says something.

Celebrated my 51st with my girl friends it was wonderful! This was the feedback "Fantastic Atmosphere ;The food is: Delicious,Tasty,and Healthy , my favorite is the Grill Talappia, oops, the Milano Salad is really good. Exceptional Service. I have to mention price, the quality and quantity is the best ! I highly recommend this establishment .

Rosemary was in the bread and not everyone likes Rosemary, the Caesar Salad was more mayo than tang and the house wine was $7 vs. $4-5. Too expensive for a not so great taste. Ravioli was mediocre, but the sauce was wonderful. Would I come back, probably not.

Fish was under cooked(on a dish that was a special), the meatballs from the spaghetti were burnt, the crust too hard to cut. The waitress brought us the bill before even bringing us a beer and wine that we had ordered and was on the bill. First and last time.

Best Italian Food Ever! The owner has his heart into what he does. I will never go anywhere else for Italian. This place is wonderful no matter if youre looking for a nice romantic atmosphere with your significant other or a great place to meet colleagues.

Food was good but not spectacular. I would eat there again if asked but wouldnt make a special trip for it. Service was good. They had a singer but he was a little loud for conversation. We asked to be moved and they were very accommodating.

This is one of North San Antonios BEST KEPT SECRETS! The food is consistently fresh and delicious. The service is excellent! A pleasant surprise is the friendly, "homey" atmosphere, which is more difficult to find these days.

This restaurant is one of our mainstays. Rarely do we wait for a table. Excellent service and food. And reasonable prices. Even the wine portions are generous. Weve had dinner at Milano many times and never been disappointed.

Lovely atmosphere, fantastic service and good food! The chicken canneloni was the best we have had in San Antonio. The Sunday Buffet was good as well. The only reason for 4 stars is price. We will definitely be back!!

Food is really good but the service wasnt much to be desired. Took what seemed like forever to get our drinks. Ordered a vodka martini which was quite good but was disappointed they didnt have martini olives "What?!"

Had to give a rating of 1 star. Should be less. Had a large party. Made resveration in advance. They were not ready. Ordered meal at 7 received food at 9. Wait staff is awesome management earned a 1 star.
