I have shopped at this HEB for 10 + years... have bought gas exclusively from here. I live very close by and one night recently, I stopped filled up my tank and drove home. The next morning I had trouble starting my vehicle, the engine sputtered and hesitated and had several error messages. I took it straight to the dealership. I was told that I got "bad gas". I had to pay $200 to the dealership. The dealership suggested that I inform HEB. I understand that things can happen and I am not one to complain or make a big deal out of things. I called and have been ignored.... if there is a problem AND I bring it respectfully to your attention. I would appreciate a response in a respectful timely matter. i have lost respect for this management. Please think twice before purchasing gas here. I totally understand, that it could of happened ANYWHERE. and I understand it happens once in awhile. HOWEVER, I am shocked that while according the both the NISSAN and Chevy dealerships I talked to about this, this is the first time a reputable gas station does not take responsibility. SO, My family and I will not be taking chances there anymore.

the grocery store and floral departments are amazing. the seafood department is deplorable, they ignore customers in lieu of their private conversations about druken family fights. The pharmacy needs an overhaul. two months in a row I have had issue getting my medication. It is a 28 day supply, shouldnt that tell you to have one available in 28 days? Its not rocket science. the cashier climbed a ladder and "discovered" my medication this month, shouldnt there be better inventory control? Some of those medications are narcotics!! I have gotten calls up to a week AFTER I have already picked up my prescriptions saying that they are ready......I have gotten someone elses medication before. There are major issues and no one seems to care except the poor little cashier that heard me threaten to take my prescriptions to Walgreens.

Selections are not the greatest, I wish it was an HEB Plus instead. Too many items sell out at once. It almost seems as though whomever is in charge of reordering does not grasp their job very well. That being said, it is a friendly little place, the staff are courteous. UPDATE: The rearranging has seemingly ended which is a good thing. The layout seems to make more sense now. However I did encounter two separate products in separate locations covered in mold. When I approached an employee they stuck their hand out, took one of the products, gave me a quick "yeah, thanks maam^ and never broke stride or looked back. Had I had the time I would have gotten management. I hope there isnt a next time.

The Bakery staff is so Amazing and so helpful. They really went out of their way to help us. My Sister and I were planning a 50th wedding anniversary. The manager Carmen and the whole bakery staff especially Christina and Ms. Patricia were so helpful and so patient with my Sister and I. We asked for a really special cake and My Sisters "vision" so to speak was really asking for alot. But they were happy to help us and so willing to make this event special. The Cake was so Beautiful and tasted scrumptious. We also ordered a German Chocolate. They really out did themselves. I love My HEB. :)

Fish Market Below Zero! Feel sorry for all the nice members of this HEB, ALL of its fish market reps are always nasty, rude, I am guessing they get less pay, or is it a place where they are sent as punishment? or is it the "welcoming area" they hardly nod at people, one cant ask to get the fish peeled off (skin) or anything I have talked to the managers 4 times, and it was not fixed, sadly will have to find another store, they dont care for my business

Hate this HEB. I just relocated here from the floods in Louisiana. When speaking to the "supervisor" aka elevated shelf stocker Andrew, this kid laughed in my face. Not sure how he is even employed I currently have abot $230 in gift cards, and i would rather pay for my groceries at Walmart or Target before i ever spend another dollar at this store

A more upscale HEB than is average, featuring a large garden section, a small specialty clothing section, and a small assortment of finer foods. A fairly small store size means that the variety of products is somewhat smaller than would otherwise be expected.

I have never had a bad experience at this HEB. Employees are always pleasant. They always make sure you found what you need and fund the shortest line for you. And their crawfish and crab boils are delicious. Well organized and keep up with the seasons.

Great store, great service, but this particular location is FREEZING in cold weather. I asked about it and was told that there wasnt anything they could do about it. Its not normal to have to wear a hat when youre grocery shopping.

This HEB is smaller and cramped. Theres not much selection unless youre having a big ol beer tasting party. Also, the parking kind of sucks, so it makes it difficult to just run in and grab something quickly.

Good variety of items. They are currently going through a shelving reset so there are lots of empty shelves and everything is moved into a different isle. New layout will take some time getting used to.

This is MY HEB! I love it! Clean,well stocked! Every employee is friendly and helpful. They dont just tell you where an item is located,they TAKE you to it! Who does that ? My HEB does that ! Xo

Love heb, we were on our way to sea world looking for a fast food place for breakfast and saw heb. Boom, donuts and drinks for 3 people for under $5. They cant be beat

Who doesnt love HEB?!? Staff is always helpful and polite. I will keep shopping here. Short lines, lots of registers open. No thank you Wal-Mart, I love my HEB.

Love this HEB! Good location, never crowded, got everything I need but not too big. Meat is fresh and varied. The stuff is nice also the stuff in the pharmacy.

They had these marked as $1 but when we got up to the cashier she said they were $7. I told her they had them marked as $1 so we got them for 1 dollar

Always packed unless you go early in the morning. Friendly staff and has the cleanest bathrooms. Meat market has all you need for big Bbq.♡♡
