Went in for a classic Italian (my favorite). Discovered the entire menu had just been re-worked and downsized. Fewer choices, cant get my sandwich my way anymore as they just dont have many of the same ingredients (ie: no pepperoni, in a sub shop?). Decided to go for what they now have as an Italian. Big dissapointment. Lettuce shreds were wilted & soggy. Tomatoes were so green inside they were hard. Vinaigrette dressing was oily and tasteless. Took my sandwich to go. Opened it up about 15 min after getting back to the office and it was totally mush. Ciabatta bread (my only choice?) was much thinner than their italian bread from before and tasted awful. Ive been going to Windsor Quiznos since they opened (12yrs ago?). Not sure why they crashed a good thing, but I wont be going back unless they change back to their regular menu. Lady at the cash register told me it was a trial run so Im hopeful theyll get enough feedback to return it to its previous greatness.

Dont get me wrong this location has the best employees and management group. The problem is the new menu. I was very surprised when I walked in to find the sandwich that I eat at least once a week was no longer on their menu and the new items they added are terrible. I would eat at this location multiple times a week and felt they were much better than the local Subways in the area. I have tried them 3 times since the changes but just not the same. Sometimes change is good other times you should you leave a good thing alone.

Good news! It would seem that the "geniuses" at headquarters have pulled their head out of wherever it was stuck in, and have brought back the old menu. Yes, complete with sauces and everything. Things still seem to be getting back to normal, but the old items can already be ordered. Hopefully the ghastly menu that they tried to push will be banned forever. Cautiously rising my assessment to three stars - whatever idiots orchestrated the menu debacle last year might yet strike again at headquarters.

Good subs and great service. All of the staff was super polite. This lovely lady named Loretta at the cash register was so sweet. We came to her twice with the same coupon and she handled the struggle of the situation so well. She was always smiling and overall just a great person. Overall was great :)

They closed the store down on me at 830p, the employees told me I couldnt get the food I wanted because it was to close to close. Then while I was eating they shut down the beverage station again before their 9p close time. If theyre gonna close the store by 830 then change the times on the door.

Food is good and even though they seem understaffed, the service is pretty good and gets made decently quick. The speed drops off when it gets busy and it tends to get cramped inside during the dinner rush, though.

HORRIBLE!!! This Location is the WORST Ive ever been too. The Staff is RUDE & place is way too small with not enough tables. Over priced for what it is. Save your $$ & go to Jimmy Johns.
