Food is great, customer service sucks. Delivery person complain about the tip and the traffic and said they would not deliver again. Went in the next day and asked for a owner or manager I was told I can talk to any one of the employees. That person happened to be the delivery person. When trying to explain the situation he made nothing but excuses causing me to get angry and loud and then him to get angry and rather then trying to address the situation hed rather just yell and make excuses to justify his actions. I am a resident in this town not a tourist and I will be sure to never do business with this company again and recommend that no one else does as well.

Went during tourist season so they were pretty busy no matter what time it was. Though, regardless the season, you will be waiting as it is all cooked and made as you order. Every item we got was delicious and well worth the wait. We went in the morning for breakfast burritos and then in the afternoon for sandwiches. Corned beef is especially good, and made in-house. The prices are VERY good, especially for being in the middle of Estes Park tourist town. I highly recommend to anyone who can appreciate a good sandwich. We will be returning very soon. :)

Most amazing sandwich Ive ever had! I could only eat half, but saved the rest for later, and ate it as we hiked in the Rocky Mountain National Park. (ok, hike is stretching it, but we did get out of the car). It took a little time to prepare because they cook everything from scratch. OHHHH the name, haha. I get it now. Anyway, we will be back every time we are in Estes Park!! seriously. And the staff is super friendly and they looked like they enjoyed their job. Nice atmosphere. Limited seating, but we ate outside in the lovely weather!

My wife and I heard this was a newer place and decided to try it, as it was close to our house, and we are glad we did! It was so good we ate there every day for a week! I recommend the Spanish burrito or the Rueben or pretty much anything! Everyone working was always nice and they really take time to prepare the food as if they were going to eat it themselves! It was amazingly delicious and everything is huge. Cant wait to get back and get some more scratch!!!

The only bad google review is regarding a frustrated delivery person. Scratch Deli does not deserve this kind of madness. This place has the greatest sandwiches Ive ever tasted. Ive now been here three times and it has become a priority to come here when coming to Estes Park. Sandwiches are amazing and a good size (I eat a lot). You definitely must try this place.

Ordered cake well in advance for a very special occasion. Went to pick it up and was ignored for quite some time by 3-4 workers. Finally, when they brought it out, all I could think was "thats the ugliest cake Ive ever seen! " The plastic wrap they put on it was so tight it ruined most of the frosted edges. Not professional in any aspect. Make your own cake.

Authentic deli! I had the French Dip and my husband had the Italian sandwich. All thier sandwiches have at least 1/2 pound of meat. Everything is cooked up fresh. The kids liked the food too. I couldnt pass up the 6" cookies. Seating is limited, but you can sit inside or out. Carryout is a good option too.

Great food, very nice people. You can tell the people who work here love their jobs and it shows in the food. Steak, egg, and potato breakfast burritos were awesome. The cinnamon rolls were big and delicious. The cream cheese icing was a smashing good touch. Amazing job you guys.

My family stopped here 4/15/17 for lunch. The sandwiches were delicious and service super friendly. We tried the tuna melt, veggie wrap and turkey bacon avacado. Sandwiches are generous. We should have shared. However, we enjoyed every bite of every sandwich.

Very Tasty! Tourists here lead to Scratch by a locals recommendation and we were not disappointed! After ordering it probably took 10 minutes to get our sandwiches but they were delicious!! A little pricey but definitely worth it!

Insanely great sandwiches. We had BLT (with 1/2 lb bacon) and turkey-bacon-avocado and can barely move. The turkey is smoked in house, Cru also brines and smokes his own pastrami, ham and corn beef. Bread for sale as well.
