We have been going to the well for a few years now. There was an incident a while back where I found a big white piece of plastic in my drink. When I took it in there, it turned out to be the cap to the whipped cream dispenser. The attitude of the owner was quite rude. She almost made it sound as if it was my fault for being upset about it and offered no apology. This week, the lid to my coffee was cracked so I had to take it off to finish drinking my drink. When I did, I discovered something that was hard and looked like some kind of pastry dough. When my husband went in to tell them today, the owner again was rude and made excuses. No apology or offer to make things right. Dont let the Christian books, etc fool you, the behavior of the owner is anything but Christlike and certainly isnt even good business. Since I will never know what is in my drink after two foreign things were found in two different drinks, I will never be back. I suggest you do the same.

I loved this place when I lived in Royse City. I miss it now that Im in college and I cant find a place that measure up. They have amazing coffee and food, and the interior is so beautiful with brick walls and cute decorations. My only complaint is the location and parking. If you park in the front, you cant back out because it super tight and the road is busy. If you park in the back, the road is all messed up and the gravel always shifts after it rains. Thats not their fault, though. Thats just Royse City.

The menu has a variety of food (sandwiches, paninis, soups, etc.) and drink options (coffees, teas, fruit smoothies, energy drinks, etc.), including dairy free alternatives for those with allergies. The atmosphere is inviting and is a great place to catch up with friends. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and for seating you can choose to sit at the tables and chairs or on the comfy couches and chairs towards the back. Plus, theres free wifi.

The options offered are good and delicious. The soups are great as well as the sandwiches, everything is fresh, but you have to have time when you come here because it takes long for you to get your order. The atmosphere is relaxed, you can work on your computer or read. The staff is nice. Since I didnt complain about anything I dont know if they are nice all the time. So far so good.

Tasty food, full assortment of caffeinated beverages and live music at night (check ahead as the schedule varies). You can tell the people running The Well are proud of their establishment and want you to enjoy your visit. Very family friendly... Though its great for a lunch get together or that "would you like to go for coffee with me?" type date.

I had the pleasure to attend "Coffee and Poetry" for Spoken Word poetry and open-mic with a few friends and we had so much fun!! The beverages were amazing and the owners are very supportive of their community. Its a cute shop, my new favorite spot!
