I have religiously gone there weekly for many years though there are other wing places. Through that time they have cycled through employees and managers but recently the service and quality gets worse and worse. On this last visit the front desk who answered the phone barely spoke understandably. And after many times of repeating my order appeared to understand. Then upon receiving my order and getting home we realized it was wrong missing flavors for the kids. I called letting them know that this is never happened to me before but I was missing food. They first called me a liar, then suggested I pick up the kids leave my home and come back. When I said that was not possible due to starving children he offered to comp me 6 wings not taking into consideration the time, treatment, or inconvenience. When I explained my frustration he pretty much said thats all he was interested in doing. Poor excuse for food,service, or management. If I was an owner Id be embarrassed. I dont care about the $6 of wings I care about how it affected my kids, their meals, and my night.

Horrible customer service, and no consistency or concern for a quality product. Too bad this is the only wing joint in Forney. Have had good and ok visits, but this visit the the manager on duty was only concerned about charging me for extra sauce even though I explained the wings were barely sauced. His answer was "we know how much sauce we put on the wings." On top of that the 12 of the 24 pack I ordered was not correct. They asked me to bring back the wrong wings, I guess they didnt believe me. Second time around they finally got it right, but overall demeanor of staff is always unpleasant. I am really surprised he wanted to charge me for extra sauce after I had to make a trip back to the store, because they screwed up the order from the beginning.

This wingsrop has gotten so bad..the employees are super rude and when I called in today to get some wings the girl on the phone wasnt even paying attention to me and then I get to the wingsrop and they say they cant even find my order and Im not in the system and that its gonna be an hour and 50 minutes for wings..and who ever the manager is or whatever she was told me she cant help me because she has 500 wings that need to go out smh not gonna be going there for a long time. Employees are ride and very lazy..they need some new people or some better training.

These are not the best wings youll ever have, but theyre not the worst. The wide variety of flavor options means youre likely to find something that you like, and the meat is of decent quality. The saddest part of going to wingstop is that the fries are always sub-par. They give you an incredibly large serving, but most of your fries will be super soft, squishy, or even soggy. This location has one of those coke super machines, so if you drink carbonated coke products, youre set, otherwise its just water.

First off, I LOVE WINGSTOP, but this location has a problem! I almost always get soggy fries and/or soggy bone-in chickenwings. I like to order the 12 piece combo with 6 lemon pepper and 6 original hot, large fries, 2 sides of cheese sauce, and 2 IBC root beers Its the 1 in 4 visits that everything is cooked right that keeps me coming back. We used to eat her at least 3 or 4 times a month, but now its less than once a month because of the risk of poor quality food and the high price you pay for it!

Tried to order 30 wings today. I called at about 5:15 and the girl on the phone said I can only order 8 or 10 wings because they are too busy. What? So i call rockwall wingstop and they take my order no problem. The forney wingstop employees are incompetent or maybe just lazy! Never had an issue with the quality of food but come on. I understand there is a big fight tonigt but thats no excuse. Its 5:30 and the fight is 5+ hours away.

Its amazing how much the employee does not care about the customer. They want you to pay first then tell you that the order that you created 1 hour ago os delayed for 20 mins then after 20 minutes tells you another 15 minutes. Forget it its almost 45 mins delay on the original promise time. This place sucks order from Rockwall or Mesquite location.

This lady named Gracie should know that she helped me have the best experience. I went in for the first time ever and was flustered and overwhelmed at knowing what to choose but she was so patient and smiled the whole time. She was amazing! I love finding people like her.

This wingstop sucks! Ever since it went under new management the service is terrible and the qualitly of the wings is not the same. Tried to go dine in today but the wait was going to be 35 min even though they were fully staffed in the kitchen.

Took 30minutes to prepare our wings. 8-10 people came and left with food while we waited. The wings were overcooked and WAY over drenched in sauce. The cashier got short with us when we asked about our food. Will not come back.

Very dirty. I noticed that when they are busy the cooks will pre cook a big batch of wings and simply drop them back in the fryer to heat them up once they get an order. Nasty place and nasty employees.
