After raving about the awesome food, I am now questioning my high praise. The Rockwall location "used" to be amazingly good. I find it very odd that within a 2 week time span the staff completely changed as well as the quality of food and service. Yesterdays visit was very lackluster. My food was cold and the queso was runny like water had been added (every time before it was thick and creamy like queso should be). And, adding insult to injury, todays CALL-IN order was made horribly incorrect and with missing items. Yes, the order should have been checked before leaving. I am very disappointed in the quality of food and service at this location. Consistency is key. There goes another business down the drain.

This place should never be compared to chipotle. The food is sub-par at best. My girlfriends nachos were cold and I paid over 10 bucks for a bowl of rice and beans with a couple of pieces of chicken and some over-priced guacamole. This was the first and last time I will ever have chiloso. Frankly, I think taco cabana wouldve been a better choice than this. Chipotle or Freebirds it will be next time. I live and haved worked in Rockwall for many years and I am truly disappointed in this establishment.

OK. The line is very slow sometimes and it seems like there could be a better way...but the food is great. Our entire family likes everything and anything. There was a review of dry tasteless meat and its actually the opposit...everything is moist and flavorful. Best tortilla soup there is, and Im not a big tortilla soup fan. Teenagers go there because its close to the high school and its good. Our kids to to RHS and we know most so its no big deal. Could turn off some old fuddie duddies.

If perhaps the staff took the time to ensure equal proportions across an order, and could somehow inforce the removal younger patrons are often there and speak quite freely with little regard to rules and civility (in other words - refusing to kick out unruly patrons who offend by cussing in public - and or call the authorities to deal with public disturbances) - I would otherwise right this place a 5-star. Regardless they still get my money whenever I get there before that younger crowd.

our office USE to order frequently until we understood we would never have our order made correctly. the office decided to try again today...once again disappointment. the food is good however were always missing sauce or a queso we ordered and paid for, not to mention be shorted on two tacos from two different peoples orders. the paper is faxed in and i would assume this would be easy to follow as all the orders are visually on the paper.

We are new to Rockwall and we are vegans and found Chilosos one day. They do not make all their beans with animal products so we were able to get breakfast tacos with beans, potatoes, avocados, and all the salsas are amazing. We have been back probably twice a week since. The girl Katie is so helpful and courteous and all the management is so great and they are just so great so go check it out! I GIVE THIS PLACE 10 STARS

We have eaten here twice and both times the service line was not too long, however it moves at a snails pace. First time we waited over 30 minutes, today it was almost an hour. We have had many people ask us about this place and we will tell them all to stay away at normal eating times. The food is OK, but there are so many other choices like Fuzzys Taco that offer the same type food with much faster service.

Horrible service like really I came to pick up my food like told at 3:10pm and waited 10 minutes literally but the girl ignored me at the front just kept taking other peoples oders that were in line. You can forget my food its super cold by now and you can have it. I sure am not paying for that kind of service. Like seriously what is the point of call ahead. If I could give no stars I would do so.

The line is never short yet people are always happy! The service is friendly and efficient as your food is being prepared. The tables are kept clean and you feel comfortable eating and chatting without being rushed out the door. Food - always fresh and cooked thoroughly! Atmosphere - Hometown Friendly! Price - Moderate ($7 - $12 average per) Cleanliness - Well above average Staff - Excellent

I have been a regular for awhile and I used to get amazing service. The past few months has been the opposite. They are always rude on the phone and have always forgotten part of my call in orders but still charge me full price. I was 100% ignored twice while ordering through the line and the staff isnt as friendly. They have amazing food, just wish the kindness was still there.

Have loved Chilosos in the past, but dinner last night was definitely not up to par. They were cooking hot tortillas on the line and putting them in a tray and then serving you cold ones from the bottom of the pile. Chicken was cold. Rice was cold. Saving grace was that the chips were hot and fresh. I had sweet tea, husband had unsweet tea and both tasted two days old.

Its really fresh, the line moves fast and even kids can see and pick what to eat with a flavorful variety & nutritiously colorful variety of options! The prices are whole numbers, they do call-in pick-up orders, give free homestyle chips and salsa. I wish there were more friendly people on the line, like when Meloney was there. Sometimes it is a very long line.

Every time I come here its a different price. One time all I bought was nachos and it was $15. The cashier had thrown away my receipt so I calculated it myself and come to find out she had added her own 20% tip. Every time I have called my order in they have messed it up and Ive waited over and hour for my food. Food is great but its not worth it.

I eat all chilosos alot . But today I am very disappointed in the lady running the register. She was distracted with everything else going on around her that she didnt even acknowledge who she was ringing out. It was apparent she did not want to be here. I am typing this as I sit in this location. Will stick with they Wylie Chiloso.

Love this place and would usually provide a 5 star plus. But they dont seem to be growing with the demand. No online ordering, the line is always slow and the cash register person is super busy all the time. Food is great but never have that much time to wait in line. Hope they address their growing pains as we all love their food.

Their new pickup service worked fairly well. Quick service, and they got the order right the first time... which is better than their counter service usually does. Thats why this gets 4 stars.... the counter service rushes you through the order so fast, either they mess up or you dont have time to think about what you really need.

Food is one of a kind here! Their ranch and roasted corn are fantastic! Breakfast is always top notch! Lines get long sometimes and its hard to hear the people making your food when its crowded but its not really their fault. Its a bit pricey for the amount of food you get. Only reason Im giving a 4 star is the price.
