First of all I ordered guacamole as an appetizer. I wanted two orders of 1.75 and the waitress convinced me to buy the combo for three scoops and chips for $5. When the guacamole came it was two scoops and a splat of guacamole. Proceeded to order our food and my sister wanted shredded cheddar cheese in and on her cheese enchiladas. She got nachos cheese sauce on her enchiladas. I ordered beef enchiladas with chili sauce. From the first bite it was awful. The chili sauce and shredded cheese was hot but the enchiladas were cold. I thought my mother was enjoying her Chili Relleno but when we left we were commenting on the food and she said it was terrible and she felt like vomiting while she was eating it. It was too soft and runny. But we did not send any of the food back because we were thinking the others were enjoying it. Well I feel I have been ripped off now when I think about it. It makes me so mad. 4 meals cost me over $50 with a $6 tip. We will never go there again. I really dont know how it is staying open. Probably by selling liquor there is the way they are staying open.

We always have a wonderful meal at Amelias. Authentic Mexican and Tex/Mex dishes, closed on Mondays (that gets us every time, LOL!) They have a friendly staff, a bright and cheerful environment, including live music on the weekends. The food is very high quality, and at a price point that we are very happy to pay - to get that freshness & quality of food. They also have an excellent bar with a great selection of margaritas and various liquors/beers. It can be rather loud sometimes due to the acoustics and sheer number of people in the one large room, so you might not want to come for a cozy date, but for good food/fun - this is your place!

We had a group of 11 and had a great time. The food, drinks and atmosphere is 4 stars. I belive Amelia son was our waiter and he was very attentive. The place got a little hot and they brought out a fan everyone immediately felt better, thanks. My girlfriend and I will be coming back soon for dessert because we couldnt make room for anything else, portions are great, flour and corn tortillas home made, definitely this place will be saved on Google maps! Awful service and very rude staff. The prices were not the same on the menu and on the bill they brought. Then the manager and staff all started getting very rude and yelling at us. They basically said nothing would be done and walked away. Will never be going back. I dont recommend this place to anyone. The food tastes like its from a can and the service is bad even if youre the only people in the whole resturant. Go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

The food has always been great. Now the big complaint I have every single time I have been in the service sucked! no matter how many people where in the restaurant the service has been awful. we never knew who was supposed to be our sever and by the time we thought we had one he left the building never to return. My son seems to think it was because we where white. Because all the hispanic customers where being rallied around by severs.

We went on a Friday evening, date night. They have a musician who comes in and plays and sings standards from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and on, family friendly music. Not for a conversational evening, but really fun. The excellent food, the impeccable service, the family atmosphere, all contributed to our wonderful, and enjoyable date night.

Such a bad experience. Been here before and this is the second time my breakfast is cold. Waiter never came back to see how we where doing. We finish our food and when she nocited she just brought the check without asking anything and started getting the plates. She never came back to our table before that only to gave us the food.

Excellent service and the most delicious food. Had the Carne Asada and a bottle of Coke. The hot sauce is top-notch and tangy with fresh chips, fresh tortillas and excellent Pico de Gallo. Pricing is right on spot. Love music on a Friday night but was told Sunday evenings are good and quiet. Take out available, too! Get extra sauce.

This trully is best -hottest- restaurant in my area. The food is awsome, plenty of parking space, affordable, the staff is great and the boss lady is .... HOT! .. But focus on the food when you go there, its good stuff! I would reccomend it to every one to check it out. Would love to go back any day, anytime!

Sub par food; it simply had no flavor to it. Terrible service; no refills on drinks, chips, salsa...i had to get up with my finally and ask another person for help. Salsa was delicious, but again, once it and the chips ran out the best part of the meal was over. Doubt Ill be back.

They ban customers from eating at their restaurant if they mention on social media that the workers there ar illegally in this country working. The staff them selfs told him that. So as a Red White & Blue American I will not be dinning in your restaurant EVER!

The food was okay but the service was bad, our order was wrong and then they had the nerve to charge for shredded cheese when we asked for queso cheese. I would not go back and no tip was left as the server never came back after dropping off the food.

Great local spot for breakfast. Had the chilaquiles verdes w/egg which are really good (specially if you are hungover). The menudo is good too. Saw some over priced items in the menu compared to other well known restaurants in the DFW area.

Food was average. I was charged .25 cents for an extra small tortilla, $2.00 for beef in a small queso and $1.75 for a quarter size guacamole. Felt like I was nickeled and dimed for everything , and prices were high for those small extras.

Have always enjoyed my food, even before at tortilla del rancho, but today-i waited 10 mi Utes and had to leave waitress was moving tables and never come back to take order,, left 3 dollars for tea-i never drank and left!!!

Very clean and great service. The food is great and a lot of the plates taste like home made. The corn tortillas seem like theyre freshly made and I think they use them to make their chips which are great.

Ok so far... I had the combination plate. It was good, the cream chicken was flavorful. The veggies were fresh. My sister was not impressed with the quesdillas. Plain she said. Great service.
