If there were a option to give this place a -5 star I would. Had a burrito chicken bowl, with lettuce, brow rice, mild sauce and a bit of sower cream. I ate at about 6:00pm ( to go) and about 12:00 ( midnight!) I stared feeling nauseated, stomach pain and fever. I throw up from 2-5 am, its about 8:00 pm now and Im still having nausea and stomach very upset! Shame on you Chipotle!! Ive reported your restaurant and will tell everyone about my experience. Lost a consumer!

I am a Chipotle lover, have been for 13 years. But they have to do something. The whole food poisoning thing is very scary. I bought my staff Ch i potle from the Rockwall location a week before Christmas and one of three of us was poisoned. My staff member was so sick. It was terrible. She did go tobthe doc and confirm. I will not go back until I start hearing more resolutions.

The food here was very tasty and Ive eaten here 3 times. However, the taste of the food went right down the drain when I found a LARGE piece of beef in the tofu in my burrito. I am vegan and this is very disrespectful, irresponsible, and disgusting. If you expect high standards from this place, take your business to Standard Service, because they actually care.

This Mexican chick that worked at the cashier apologized to the lady after me about the wait because they didnt get my order right and I asked them to remake the bowl then I went back to ask for a cup of water and she wouldnt even look at me terrible service Ill never go back...

I ordered chicken to go bowl and when i ate i found 3-4 pieces of beef . I have never ate beef my whole life and this kind of service sucks when it comes to chipotle as it used to be one of my favourite. The employee really needs to separate chicken and beef little apart .

Went today to get a quick to-go order and got there and there was no line, i gave one order to one of He workers and my second order to the other worker, who were both awesome. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Food was great too

I really enjoyed this place, which is clean and fast. I was amazed that theres actually a place in Rockwall with a vegetarian option. My meal was actually fairly healthy! Hurrah!
