I bought tacos worth $129.58 on this location ... usually I buy every week for my staff on weekends .... I pay full money they dont give no discount nothing which I never ask ... thats ok .... but this location service is terrible never ever visit this location ... specially SOFIA she rude as f**** I never ever saw customer service like this... she said u have to order prior and said now I will be out of my beans REALLY u tell this to your customer ... thats no my business .... I give business all week to them they dont give me .... someone has to look on this location for sure ... couple more customer were upset with the service when I asked her u can cancel my order they heard and came to me and said this people rude ..... I am not eating for free ..... I am so much disappointed with service .... also attaching my receipt so that Taco people should know it how to take care of customer .... now I hate this place ...before hiring pls hire some once who gives excellent service rather than making upset .... such a big company ... but bad service ..

Went to the drive thru at 2am knowing they didnt close until 2:30am. I sat at the drive thru trying to get their attention for 10 minutes when it usually takes not even 2 minutes to get my order taken....while I was sitting there I saw employees dancing thru the window and they never answered. Very disappointed because I work in food service also and it should never take longer than 1 minute to recognize and take someones order. Ended up going else where instead of getting the food i wanted. Need better customer service, like I would give any of my customers...

Good overall service and relatively clean. But they have no idea how to make any of the menu items correctly. Ive given them multiple opportunities to change my mind but every time I end up with poorly produced. If you want quality food and Quesoritos that are fully suffer and not just shredded chicken in a tortilla, go to the one in Garland by walmart. You will be much better off.

Went there last Mon or tues. Got some of their cinnamon crisps, and nachos supreme. They tasted like burnt plastic. At first they taste normal, good, then at the end at the point of swallowing, it tasted like trash/plastic. (same thing at the location by Garland High School). Other than that its fast food, and you know how that goes.

Seriously this Taco Bell is a joke. Every time I go thru the drive thru my order comes out all wrong. They have it correct on the receipt and the screen and yet they cant follow simple directions. I can order a 12 pack tacos and only get like 3 sauces. And 1 napkin. Smh

The place is busy but it took 20 minutes to get my order with only 2 cars in front of me. The good was hot but my order was wrong. They put sour cream on something that shouldnt have had it. After explaining "No sour cream" and having my order repeated/ reading it.

I waited 22 minutes for 6 crispy tacos and a bean burrito. When they finally arrived, they were cold. There was only one car in front of me and one customer at the counter! Not sure what the issue was but on this visit they were an overpriced disappointment.

Your typical Taco Bell. Clean facility and polite staff. Cheap food. You are in luck if you happen to go in on a day that Khalil is working. Very polite and courteous young man that goes above and beyond at his job.

Disorganized and evidently poorly managed. Several times in the drive thru orders have been wrong. Not uncommon to be stuck in line for 20-30 minutes.
