For me to place my order at 11:34 and to recieve my order at 11:54 ..is this seriously how we conduct our buisness . So careless . Not to mention what should have came out fresh considering we waited for 20 min. The tots are soggy hard and cold from sitting so long sorry i came 30 min . Before close . Sorry for making you do your job and provide service until buisness hours are finished . Which i dont believe shutting off lights at :55 is appropriate no matter what . Your shift is not complete until youve given 100%service wich you failed to do! Clearly management has lack of customer service training and experience for that matter . Get your act together. Its fast food! Its the job you chose !be your best at it!

I actually just left the place, the place was very full and packed , including the drive-through and on a little stall things or whatever their called but I decided to go to the drive-through and the guy that took care of me, was wearing a light green shirt Im not quite sure what his name was but on my ticket it says his name was Christian. He was very sweet and nice very mellow , he apologized to me for the wait and he gave me excellent customer service also had good manners

Our order was screwed up three times and we had to keep asking for our items....when we got home our food was cold! I called and this young girl Elena asked who sounded younger than my daughter only infuriated me more with the most idiotic questions. Do you have your receipt, do you have your food wig you....annoyed and disappointed !!!

Literally just left! I go and ask for a banana split, the worker tells me they no longer have any?? I said WHAT? Really?? In the nicest most curious way. Worker didnt even reply back to me or apologize about not having them any longer. Since when does SONIC no longer make banana splits?

Very rude, closed early (10:50pm) when the website says 12 midnight. Said that they closed at 11pm, but turned off all lights and stopped service at 10:50pm

Service is extremely slow wouldnt recommend at all ! But I suggest going to the one on centennial speedy service and order is always done correctly

I LOVE THE FOOD but they always seem to mess something up, i.e. wrong food, no cheese on my tater tots, marinara sauce instead of ranch... etc..
