I believe this location is new and it is really nice. However, they have terrible service. Every time I have gone in, there is no one available to take my order- usually the only person behind the counter is some one working the drive thru and they just ignore that Im there and just stand there doing nothing. Once I finally get my drink, it is the wrong order. I have gone there about five-six times, always with the same lady taking my order, and she messes it up EVERY TIME. I always get the same thing, (and its not complicated at all). Now I guess I know why it isnt very busy.

Just waited in the drive thru line for about 30 minutes with 5 people ahead of me at 11:30. The slowest service ever, and theyre out of every food item you can think of. Almost every time I come here, theyre out of my first two choices. But they know they have the market cornered over here. The staff is friendly enough but they sound out of it all the time and then speak condescendingly to you if you sound like youre in a hurry. Stop somewhere else if you can.

Ordered my drinks off the app and they were amazing and ready right away. My sister, my kids and I stayed inside and outside for about an hour and enjoyed the very clean and welcoming environment. The staff was very pleasant. Internet was however extremely slow. I recommended this location to a friend and she also enjoyed it. I will be back.

Great people, food, and COFFEE! These guys work hard to give us what we want! Only need to work on the "Mobile" orders (via Starbucks app) as the order is never ready when I get there, no matter how much in advance I place it. Sometimes I think it would be faster if I just stood in line. Sorry, guys.

This has got to be my favorite Starbucks ever. The service is great, & the workers are friendly, but what makes this my favorite is that its still "new" enough that most people forget that its there which means that I rarely have to wait in line (in my car or inside) which is just perfect for me.

Its terrible. This is the ice green tea latte that I ordered with extra matcha. If not extra matcha, then it isnt look like this. Its so white. I changed it a second time. The first time I bought it, it was like this, then I changed it and it was still bad. I was really disappointed.

I have been here a dozen times, ans they have the slowest service of any Starbucks I have been to, and the drinks are terrible. I now drive an extra 5 miles to go to a different one because it takes less time and the drinks are much better.

Stopped here today (Saturday morning) for a "quick" drivethru pickup. Two cars in front of me. About 10 minutes later Im finally back on 380. Ridiculously slow.

Friendly staff! Drive-thru can wrap around building during busy times but they are quick with mobile orders so I recommend you order ahead if you are in a hurry.
