As we were traveling home after Thanksgiving I picked up a Blonde Roast Hazelnut Misto at another Starbucks in Plano. After getting on the road again I realized it was not what I ordered (checked the label to make sure it was mine--it was). Wrong roast, no syrup, no steamed milk. Rather than turn around, I decided to stop in to this place and ask if they would re-make it. They were so accommodating and kind about it. Made me another drink with no fuss, even though they didnt have the blonde roast. I needed a lower acid roast because of acid reflux issues. The kind lady with the German accent behind the counter was so nice about it and even offered to make me a third drink if I didnt like the one she made. Wasnt necessary. I really appreciated the effort she made to accommodate my request and fix an error that someone else at a different store had made. :)

Starbucks is like my 2nd office. I like how this location has plenty of tables around the side, where its a little quieter. Coffee is same as other locations, so no problems there. The only reason I docked a star is because I felt rushed when ordering. The guy at the register seemed like hed had too many espressos :-) I understand this can be a busy location at peak hours (this was in the middle of the afternoon) I was the only person in line and the place was 50% full. Slow down a little bit and make us feel like were welcomed in your establishment.

While you can make the statement that every Starbucks is the same, it comes down to staff and this location has a great staff. They are always helpful and friendly and given this location is always busy, that is a refreshing change. They have the normal selection of coffee and food items you would expect and they do accept mobile orders so you can just pick up at the bar after ordering from your mobile device.

Driving thru from Carrollton stopped for coffee young man behind counter was not very friendly. Coffee was very strong didnt like it asked for diff coffee was told not brewing any more coffee till tomorrow. Really Starbucks not brewing any coffee wow that was very sad. And the place closes at 9pm and that old coffee will stay till then. Not good in my opinion. Not coming back.

Staff has always been rude. I usually go in the morning and if you dont like early mornings then you shouldnt work that shift... its nice to have smiling faces and cheerful people in the early morning instead. Also, today I got there at 5:30 am and no one was there. It was was still closed when online it shows the store opening at 5 am..

Pros: Food and drinks prepared well and staff is very nice. Cons: Because this is a "nicer area", you get alot of people with money but no manners. Snatchin reciepts and orders, acting impatient, talkin bad etc. I just see alot of rudeness. Very annoying to witness on a regular basis.

I visited this Starbucks around 10 a.m. this morning to pick up some drinks for my office. Their computer system was down, but the baristas happily took my orders and gave me the drinks for free! Great customer service - keep it up Starbucks!

Not all Starbucks are the same, this location is awesome. It has a Clover press so you can choose from a number low cost brews besides Pike Place. The community table in the center of the dining area seats 10 and is really fun to work at.
