Today I experienced something in Starbucks, that literally almost made me say “F” it…. Racism is ridiculously on an all-time high… Buying gift cards for my co-workers, standing in line (Myself at one register, and someone of a different race at the register next to me. When I placed my wallet on the counter to take out my card, the cashier of a different race “GRAB THE TIP JAR” in front of me and gave me a snare like I was going to take it. She then proceeded to dump the tips in the jar in the canister by her. It was evident what she was doing, cause the patron next to “Of the other race” eye became really big and she looked at me. I didn’t say anything, but this has not been the first time this has happened at this particular Starbucks.

This location is probably one of the better ones in the Plano/Frisco area. Theyve got the Clover machine, which is a Reverse French Press according to their web site that adds a bit more flavor to the coffee. Theyre also a bit more personable than some other locations, but they arent quite up to 121/Custers standards. (Challenge? :D ) Parking is also a bit of an issue. Its located in a front-facing strip mall-ish area where a good amount of the parking is reserved for the steak house at the end...though not a huge issue, as the area is interesting enough to walk around.

Its so busy you cant get a seat most mornings. But they can make great coffee at this Starbucks. Im surprised that they havent opened another in this area. Its alway busy! Other than having to wait 10-15 min for coffee their to go orders are fast and of high priority. The only bad thing about this Starbucks is the bathrooms. I dont think they can keep up with the use or something. There is always toilet paper lying all offer and nasty dirty toilets.

The busiest Starbucks I know of in the north Dallas/Plano area: Dont try to meet here to have a private conversation! While I havent checked it out on a weekend, this Starbucks is busy non-stop all day long during the business week. The teams that work here are good and quick, accustomed to dealing with high volumes. Parking here is problematic, given the high volume of Starbucks customers who use the facility for meetings - or just to hang out.

The barista taking our order got it wrong (latte instead of vanilla latte) so we walked back and asked if they could give us just the pumps of syrup in our drink. The barista who spoke with us not only remade them instead, but he and another customer explained the clover coffee to us in detail and spoke about favorites. We go a lot because of the convenience of walking to thus starbucks but the service and people are great.

Horrible customer service!! The woman who took my order didnt even care to make eye contact with me, and she didnt respond to my good morning greeting. So I dont know if it was because she didnt care about earning my bussines or she just clearly hates her job!!! So save yourself sometime and brew your own morning coffee or go to another place where your bussiness is appreciated and you are treated with common sense courtesy.

This was the worst Starbucks I have been to in a dozen states. The lady taking food orders spent the whole time chatting with someone they knew rather than taking orders. I ordered a tea latte, an item featured on the board and both the cashier and barista didnt seem to know what I was talking about. They then forgot my food order because they assumed the first lady got it, and I had to ask again for it to be made.

Always crowded on weekends, but staff is usually courteous and drinks are made to standard relatively quickly. Clientele is usually migrant tech workers, corporate office types, young professionals, empty nesters, businessmen and housewives. Very small lobby, very limited outdoor seating as well. More of a grab and go location, as it just gets too crowded and loud inside for a relaxing conversation over coffee.

For some reason I was treated as if my business is not appreciated. I was told it is too late for them to brew my Kenya blend. They close in an hour and everything is being sanitized... So Im stuck drinking a house brew that I dont really care for. I should have opted for the 24 hour Dunkin Donuts on Coit. At least I would have felt welcomed and gotten a donut in the process. Never again at this location.

One of the better Starbucks in Plano. Early bird hours are a plus for getting work done in the morning before the rush. Speaking of which, this is also an extremely busy location with limited parking. There is no drive through. If youre ordering to go, you may have a bit of a walk to and from your car because.of the parking issue.

This Starbucks is cozy and open late. This one doesnt have a drive through. The main drawback is that the parking is inconvenient on weekend evenings, because it doesnt quite make sense to use the valet just to pop in for a coffee and the valets have almost all the spaces around this Starbucks coned off.

One star for this location is too much for them, most of everyone who works there if not all have terrible attitude! The worst customer service ever the whole staff really need to be changed. The only good thing about this store is the location. and they cant even make drinks always miss up my order!

Truly worst Starbucks Ive ever visited. I sometimes stop by this place because its close to my office, and every time I asked myself why I stepped in this place again. People working there are cold, unhappy and insensitive. I mean every staff. Apparently they hate working at this place.

One of the best Starbucks in Dallas. You can park in the cover parking. The employers are cool. Theres always a spot to sit. If you get bored and want to take a break you can go outside and walk around the shops. Im not sure why people complain. Its not a bad location.

They do make your drink surprisingly fast for how busy this location is. Dont expect to find a place to sit though because it is in a popular area. There benches around if you dont mind sitting outside.

Worst starbucks I have ever been to. The bathrooms were dirty, had no soap, toilet flusher didnt work. On top of that they were out of cold brew and there was no seating at 2 on a Tuesday.

This Starbucks is located in a busy location. So its takes some time to get the drink. So be prepared to wait for your turn.
