Awful. The hosetess was so rude! I asked where ai could get a high chair and she pointed at a table with a high chair sitting at it. I was confused so I asked again and she just stormed away. She came back with a highchair and just dropped it near our table and said "here" without even looking at us. I asked the lady at the drink station if I could speak to an English speaking manager (because neither she nor the hostess spoke much) and she brought back the hostess! The hostess (from what I could understand) said I didnt listen to her and my family members and I have bad faces. The assistant manager Helen finally came and ignored the situation, she said they do not bring high chairs to tables, I said that is fine but It was just never clear to me where to get it. Helen was rude and did not do her job, and the hostess was awful! Helen even refused to tell me the owner or managers names. Not to mention the food looked marginal at best. I was charged before walking out even though I never sat down to eat. One of my worst restaurant experiences ever. If their service to the public is this bad, I imagine their food quality matches. I do not reccomend eating here!

Had a family member tell me about this place. I am not trying to hurt anyones feelings, but I need to share my view of this place. Nice, clean of what I saw, waitress was nice, others kinda quite and stayed to themselves. Food, in my opinion that for the price of the buffet I would expect a better quality of food. When I think Chinese night, first thing, "Eggrolls", right? I have never turned one own till tonight, one bite and Eeek! Wasnt disgusting, but the flavor was bland and not much stuffing at all. Out of all the buffet, you should at least like up to six items out of the variety they had, but I only found the chicken on the stick and the rice to my taste. I tasted one piece off of each item and either I spit it out or it was too cold, the catfish was still raw on the piece I got. Just to sum it up, not my place. If I had to recommend one in the area, China River off of 1960 so far is my favorite and we always order to go and have not been disappointed with them.

I will never ever come to the place again! After coming from a church event my family, which was 2 adults and 3 kids, came into this place. 20 minutes later 4 people from the same event came in and sat at the table across from us. When they brought our tickets for us to pay i saw they had included a 15% tip to each of our groups. They charged our 3 children tip fee and they charged the other group which was 3 kids and 1 adult the tip fee. When i asked why she said it was because their reciept says if we are a group of 7 or more adults we must pay tip for each ticket. This is crazy because we were only a group of 5 and 3 were children!!! We always leave a nice tip when we eat out but this is beyond stupid!!! I will never ever ever eat here agian and would sugest to never come if you have a family, or group from church! Horrible customer service!

I was very disappointed with my meal here. It was about $30 for two meals with drinks plus a tip (the service was actually OK) but the quality of the food is not reflected in the cost. Several of the potstickers/fried dumplings were still very pink in the middle when cut in half and were also VERY cold. Everything else was either cold or lukewarm. The won ton soup tasted very old. Even the fruit tasted slightly salty. The only thing that I got from the buffet that I enjoyed was the apple pastry. Its also very irritating to be sitting staring at a sign that says "DONT WASTE FOOD" when you have to throw more than half of your food away because its inedible. I left still hungry, down $30 and sick to my stomach. I will not be returning.

Gross...gross....gross....I had just sat down to eat dinner and took a sip of my tea...I looked inside of my cup and there was an old slimy fortune cookie paper...needless to say I left my plate full and my drink..I get up to the front to let the "manager" know and she said ok, you dont have to pay for the food but you have to pay for the drink...I looked at her with a strong "go to hell" look and said well thats the problem...and explained what was in my drink...she said ok and let me go...she didnt offer an apology...Im assuming that this isnt the first time...I will NEVER go back...disgusting!

Food is ok. Service isnt bad but not great either. Seems like a lot of the staff is in a bad mood. Cheesecake is good if you catch it fresh otherwise it gets warm. I love egg rolls and spring rolls but this place doesnt have very good ones, jack in the box has better. But all that being said its a Chinese buffet in Porter, so if your looking for a lot of food for around $10 good but for fine dining you deserve the disappointment if you thought you would find it here.

Food was overpriced. Seafood was not cooked well. Charged a 15% Gratuity because we ate with a group of friends even though we paid separate. I am not against tipping, but when the only thing the server does is fill your water I hardly think that is worth 15%. Besides the fact that a tip is voluntary and should never be required. So we ended up paying $28 for two at a buffet and my girlfriend and I both had water. My advice is find a different Chinese buffet.

Good food, staff is great but there is no organization to the buffet tables. If you allergic to seafood look somewhere else. I am and found that seafood surrounded all there meats and rice. They dont protect from cross contamination so it is quite risky to eat the other menue items. I ended up with a very overpriced salad due to this lack of concern and care for their buffet table set-up. Family loved their food though said it was good.

Horrible simply horrible nothing supreme about it !!!! Potstickers tasted rotted, under cooked chicken in the black pepper chicken, raw catfish and even the sweet and sour chicken smelled bad and under cooked. When I told them they said its fresh. BS I love Chinese that was disgusting. Even though we didnt eat they still charged us the full bill $43.43 2 kids and 2 adults. Never again

Came here at 3:45p on a Monday. Sushi was fresh and delicious. Food was fresh, but not very hot. Maybe turn up the temps on the buffet line. Flavors were nice. Especially the hot and sour soup. Didnt try the hibachi grill as this was my lunch, and I filled up after a plate of sushi and a plate of hot food. All in all, I would try again.

Horrible service and food...the fish was raw then when we went to tell the owner she argued with my husband! I didnt eat at all i made a plate and took 2 bites and just couldbt eat the chicken was way way over cooked and the egg rolls were hatd and way over cooked. And the tea is gross! We will never eat there again...
