I come here everyday seeing the same great staff do a great job when I come to pick up my morning coffee!!! They are all ways doing things to benefit the customer! They keep the store clean from the second they arrive to the second they leave! Nearly every person who works there has a smile on their face the entire time, and they are all ways so kind! Its unbelievable all most!!! What made me write this review was one of the guys whos been there for awhile not only opened the door for me with a farewell while he was washing the windows, but as I was leaving I spilt a couple drops of coffee on my hand, and in the process he was trying to do anything he could to help even though it was just a couple drops of coffee!!! Ive worked in the restaurant industry for a few years before my current job! And These guys are freaking awesome!!!!! P.S. (Im clumsy and spill coffee on my hands nearly every time I drink it,)

This is the most unfriendly starbucks Ive ever been to. And I worked for the company for 5 years. They can barely say hi. It is so noticeable that Ive stopped going because of the tension. One of the girls who works late at night (petit, dirty blond) never wears her uniform properly and wont help or greet you unless she is assigned to front counter. If she is not assigned to front, she will completely ignore you until someone else comes out. Without saying a word, she comes off as pure attitude. Thats ok at burger king, but you have a tip jar out. Act like it. I hope they know I tip at any other store, but never theirs, and it is their fault.

This is a fairly new Starbucks location. I think is one of the few places in Porter Texas where you can get a good cup of coffee. The staff here are very friendly and very helpful. I ordered a few items that werent even out in the case to take home and enjoy the next morning and they got them out of the back for me. The location is nice and clean and very inviting they have Wi-Fi and it looks like you can spend a long time here and enjoy your coffee.

Positive Outlook
Was great. But seem to have gone down. Theyre not very happy and courteous there. Mostly hear them complaining to each other all the time. Some of the girls are very loud. Its hard to sit there and enjoy your coffee when you can hear them from the back of a counter complaining. The speaker system is very bad. People have to turn off their vehicles just to listen to them or have them speak back.

Ive tried giving this stand a alone Starbucks several chances and its either they overcharge or dont put in extras that are paid for, or the drinks are totally different than what they usually are. I mean I order from Starbucks at least 5 times plus a week and sometimes a lot more. This is the only place Ive ever had this many issues like this. Also the servers tend to be rude or snobbish.

My friends and I sat in the drive thru at the WINDOW for almost 30 minutes waiting for 2 drinks. Then, when we finally got out hot drinks, they didnt even put a green stick on the lid. DONT GO TO THE DRIVE THRU. It wasnt even busy so I dont understand why it took forever to make two drinks. There was like 5 of them so whatever that means

I only come here because its close to my house. My drinks always taste like they water it down and if you go inside they are not very friendly. Only 2 stars for the nice cashier. But girls making the drinks, If I ask you a question dont tell me to go tell your coworker thats a few feet away from you. Learn customer device.

Its always a hit or miss whether or not I get a good cup of coffee. Sometimes its too sweet or too bitter. I order the same thing every time. Also depends on the day what service you get, either a friendly person or someone who seems like theyd rather be anywhere but there.

Store has problems lately. Not stocking enough items. By 8 am they are already out of several items. Twice not adding enough water to oatmeal resulting in paste with dry oatmeal at the bottom still. You will be lucky if they have blueberries by 8 am also.

Sometimes ill just babble about what it is im want in a coffee of nothing in particular thats on the menu and they nail it. I think last time it was some kind of frappe with chocolate syrup instead of caramel or both, idk it was awesome though.

The WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. I am a frequent customer of Starbucks, but I will drive 10-15 more minutes to avoid this one. And have been for some time now. Always horrible service, ALWAYS. Messed up orders, rude, slow, etc...

Love the people in the early morning. Very friendly and fast. They see me come in and know what I want and normally by the time Im finished paying my drink is ready. So thanks to the staff thats there Mon - Fri early in the morning.

This Starbucks is frequently out of basic items (like cold brew or sandwiches), and refuses to carry others. The baristas are mostly nice, but a few are rude. The worst thing, though, is that once I found a dead bee in my drink.

Pretty slow no consistency on drinks. My order tastes different every time I come here even though I order the same drink every time. I give it 2 stars because at the end of the day its coffee and I love my caffeine.

It took a long time to get a Starbucks in Porter, TX. Great location, they do deaf events around once a month. Staff there is great, drinks are always made right. Great spot for sure.
