Ive been coming to this location for years but not daily. I order a specialty coffee not on the menu and its always spot on. They do not use imitation syrups that upset my stomach like many Tyler places. The manager is always there during peak working just as hard as the rest of the staff. On my husbands birthday I called ahead to pay for his cup and that morning all the staff wished him a happy birthday. Good people! Plus, Im willing to pay top dollar to a corporation that supports their country and important causes/charities.

Every time I stop at the Broadway and Rice location I have to deal with a problem! Either my order not being correct, having to wait on a mobile order that I placed 10-15 min before getting there, or ordering something only to be told they dont have it. Not to mention they could step their customer service skills up on the morning shift! Of all the locations in Tyler, this is the only one I have issues with and more than likely wont be back!!

The coffee itself was great as always, but the service was horrible. The cashier obviously was more concerned about other matters and the barista, a pink haired woman, was flat out rude to my friends and I. I will continue to enjoy the items for purchase at Starbucks however never again from this location. At least not until the service greatly improves

Not happy with the service at all! Purchased $500 ( 15 gift cards ) for my employees on Mother Day but 03 of the gift cards didnt activated ( $50, $20, $20 )! Not happy with that at all and even my employees took the receipt there to prove it to them but still not get it! Will not do business with them anymore the rest of my life!

This morning I changed my mind on what drink I wanted before they started making it...the girl behind the counter was only writting it on the cup. I told her I wanted to change my order and she rolled her eyes, huffed and threw the cup in the trash. Screw me for changing my mind!

The staff here is exceptional !! I love coming here even though I live close to another Starbucks.The staff here make you feel like a person is really welcome,I mean every body,they address a person personally!!

Good ambience. However, the seating area is very limited. Even the outdoor patio doesnt have heaters and its difficult to sit during winter evenings.
