5/8/2017 5:07 pm.. I went in to get two cups of coffee, one for my partner and my self, we work Ems transport and really funky hours (18s and 24).. so we are in uniform. I have my artic cup in hand and set it down, ordered two venti dark roast and two cookies.. ( need something lol). Its 5:30 so dark roast is a pour over.. no biggie. The blue hair Lady stated it would take 10 minutes,, true but it would be that if she started on it right away rather than help everyone else in the store... 20 minutes later she has one cup done and not even stared the other cup.. I got a call and had to get my cup back... "well I did tell ya itd be a wait".... Yep, and I need my cup so I can go.. Another thing to find out, she charged full price and did not discount the cup , not a big deal but the principle. Thanks for letting me know how ya treat folks. my 911 brothers and sisters need to know you really dont care one way or another. I know next time to pass this particular Starbucks up from now on......

The issue I had happened in late November. I went in to get one last holiday drink that goes out right before Christmas, and got hot chocolate. I dont like paying five dollars for hot chocolate! It was probably the two girls making the drinks talking and not paying attention to what was going on. So I called the location to talk to a manager, got put in someones pocket for five minutes. Called back and the same girl picked up, claimed to be the manager, told her what happened, and got told just come in to get your money back, Ill put it in the books, didnt take any of my information by the way. I finally just emailed corporate, and nothing really happened. If you want good coffee,dont go to this location, they seem to think hot chocolate is the same thing.

Ive frequented this location on multiple occasions and the service seems to get worse each time. Totally regretted my last visit, only ordered hot tea, but waited 10 -15 minutes with only one person ahead of me while workers greeted & waited on regulars who arrived after me, making their usual orders before mine. Its not that hard & doesnt take that long to pour hot water in a cup & stick a tea bag in it. Tyrone is very personable, but needs to help his staff understand that how you turn occasional customers to regulars, is by providing prompt friendly customer service. This location also never has decaf, only the watery pike. The dont offer decaf Sumatra on the Clover like other locations.

Used to be my regular starbucks until the manager decided to have a bad day and freak out on me because my bicycle was "too close to the door," refused to serve me after i moved it and threatened to never server me again. Starbucks corporate has refused to respond to my complaints or requests for any action. Too bad, i really like all of the other baristas.

The employees are prompt and the lines are normally short, but they never give you the coffee you ask for. If you want Pike you get Komodo if you want Komodo you get veranda. I have no clue why they do that. If you dont want to be let down... Just ask for coffee. If youre lucky, theyll ask which kind. And likely give you something else anyway.

I went on my first date here with a nice cup of warm coffee and a blueberry cake. The desserts are really good and they have all different choices for dessert. My girlfriend really enjoyed the mint flavored brownie. This is a perfect place for a first date and a sip of coffee or warm chocolate during the winter or fall.

This particular Starbucks goes above and beyond. Shelby is an All-Star barista. She took time during a busy Rush and made a mermaid Frappuccino for my five year old. As one may imagine this is not an everyday request and required a Google search for the recipe. Thanks Shelby....you made Gunners day.

Going to this location is always fun! Everyone working at this Starbucks is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Ive been to many Starbucks in my travels, but this store is my favorite. It has the feel of the "Cheers" of the coffee world. Job well done by the manager - Tyrone!
