Do not go to this chipotle! The chicken is almost always charred, and that is seriously not good for you nor does it taste good. Ive complained about it at least three times to management, and all they ever say is that theyll tell the cooks. Well nothing ever changes. Ive been to many chipotles, and none of them ever grill the chicken to the point that it becomes charred. Its my local chipotle, but I can no longer support it since it fails to join the rest of chipotle in providing a good product. If ever there was a location that needed a surprise audit from HQ, its this location!

A slight hiccup with the rollout of the chiptopia program, gut over all got a free bag of chips and guacamole out of the deal. I went at an odd time like 3 and there was just 2 other people which was awesome less than a minute from the time that I walked in to sit down at the table, friendly staff clean floors well stocked stations, Ill be back. Thank you for the good experence.

I asked for a salad, instead i got a bed of black beans, fajita veggies and topped with a small amount of lettuce. Their chicken was just gross and mostly fatty. Their dressing was NOT their usual dressing at all. It tasted of just oregano and oil. Only thing good was their tea...cant mess that up! Never ordering from that place again.

I went in 15 minutes before this location closed they informed me they were out of brown rice, white rice, guacamole and grilled vegetables. When I asked if they were going to make anymore, no one said anything. Poor guest service all around. Now I know this location closes at 9:45. Extremely disappointed with my experience.

For starters I was starving one day and asked if they were able to help a homeless person who has a job but doesnt get a paycheck for a couple of weeks. The people made me a badass burrito and insisted some chips and a drink. I applied for a job with them. I make a lot of decisions on the way people treat the homeless.

We meet friends for lunch here at least once a month. The staff is usually courteous and fast. My wife and I usually share a bowl and one of our friends is on a special diet. The staff always accommodates our special requests without complaint. The food quality is consistent with other fast casual restaurants.

Waited in line 20 minutes, to have the employee give my bowl to another person and when she realized she had done it; she proceeded to sit there and watch her walk out the door and informed me Id have to get back in line. Horrible and incompetent service!

I love chipotle, but this store is lacking. Seems like we always have to wait for them to make new rice, chicken..... They are always slim on the servings, and the food taste just doesnt seem up to par with the surrounding chipotles.

I always request fresh chicken from the grill, because Im allergic to soy and the placement of the tofu on the line will contaminate the chicken on the line. Theyve always been very accomodating, and I appreciate it.
