I was not impressed @ all & doubt Ill go back. I went in about 12:15pm on a weekday to find not much food was out and only three staff members. I got a bowl that had way too much rice and one scoop of Orange Chicken equals two pieces. The staff knew I had to wait for at least 10 minutes and to try to short me on the entree was not acceptable. The two ladies I dealt with werent friendly and if I had had time to go elsewhere for lunch I wouldve gotten my money back after seeing what they attempted to serve me. One lady did make it right, but the food wasnt very good. The rice wasnt cooked enough and even though the Orange Chicken was fresh it didnt have enough sauce & flavor. I wouldnt waste my time or money here again.

I wasnt impressed. Waited over 10 mins. In drive thru. One car in front it had been there before I showed up? I ordered a bowl and the Rice was not fully cooked, hard rice? Spend 9 bucks for lunch? Waste of money! 4-16-2017 My Friends bought my lunch after 12 noon and the Rice was Hard Again? This place sucks!!! 4-21-2017 In the area thought I would try it again? Drive thru... 3 items. Half rice half chow Mein. Teriyaki chicken please can you put the Teriyaki sauce on the side? Get home dry chicken No Teriyaki and No Rice!!! Small portions. Whats wrong with these people? Doesnt anyone give a Dam?

Where do i begin. This place SUCKS! I walk in and one of the Hispanic female cashiers is cussing like a drunk sailor. I dont know what they do in Mexico but thats not how we do it here. I certainly dont want my kids or wife hearing that. Then to top it off we get under cooked noodles that taste like ass (not in a good way). This place smells like the rear end of a goat being which i think is because of the employees who look like they havent showered in weeks. I dont know about everybody else but i sure dont want people like that handling my food.

Ive tried this location a few times, I usually go to the location in Conroe but I like being able to just drive thru. I order the same meal everytime and there is NEVER any sauce on the beef and broccoli or orange chicken. The chow mein is overcooked and dry, not to mention the portion sizes are so small. The Panda Express in Conroe stuffs my "plate", Im lucky to get enough chow mein to fill the one large compartment at this location.

We usually go to the ine at Northpark but we wanted to try this one out. They did not have the food ready and had us waiting.When the food was finally ready they started serving other client that got there after us. The restaurant was dirty, we couldnt find a table to sit. And when we finally got our food the rice was cold and hard and my selvings were bad. They gave me 4 pieces of chicken and very little chow mein.

Food was cold and overcooked, bad customer service probably due to being under staffed. Portion size are very small for the price. Almost every table was a mess, like the drink station. I recommend just to go to north park even if you have to drive the extra few miles.

This location is brand new and its already struggling. They never have the passion tea like they advertise and this last time I ordered at the drive thru and waited over 10 mins to pay and no one came to the window. I drove off. This location is never really busy either.

I have eaten at a couple different ones but the staff here is great, the manager Maria is always really helpful and polite. The place is always clean, there is never a long wait, food is great, and prices arent bad for the serving sizes.

Im usually okay with this location. I just left there 25 minutes ago to get two bowls with orange chicken. When I tell you I feel CHEATED, its an understatement. all rice, no chicken. Will be making a formal complaint to corporate.

I love this place! Beyond happy that they made one near us. The only thing is that they always run out of food and we end up having to wait. I guess its so good it goes too fast! Cute cook made up for it tho. Lol!

My younger boys dont eat Asian food, but my oldest does. He only likes the Shrimp Fried Rice. The price was decent for 3 people. And, the food was fresh and the service was up-beat and quick.
