Waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes with no greeting. Even said "hello?" a couple of times with no response. Figuring the speaker wasnt working, I drove around to place my order at the window. 2 cars in front of me at this point. About 5 minutes later a woman steps out and asked what I had ordered. I explained that I had not ordered as no one was responding at the speaker box. She rudely said I would have to go around again, get in the back of the line and order at the box. I waited to get to the window to speak to the manager. The manager, Taisha, was at the window, and after I explained what happened to me, she said the same thing as her employee. "Oh, we dont take orders at the window. You gonna have drive back round". I asked for the general managers name and fully intended to discuss this with her, but after seeing an incredible 1.5 star rating on here, I figured that neither the owner/management cares. We drove down Will Clayton to the Sonic on the West side of 59 and got perfect service. I will never do business at this location ever again. There are other Sonics. Avoid this one.

At least theyre consistent.... I dont know why I torture my self so. But I keep going back, hoping the staff will actually improve. Today, I was charged for someone elses food, and given the wrong order. He then had to reverse the charges, then prepare my order, which wasnt prepared in the ten minutes I had been waiting at the drive thru. After arriving home, I was looking forward to my hot dog. Boy, I should have sampled it before leaving.... Mind you, Ive had "dirty-water" dogs from New York that were pretty tasty. This one however was by far the worst I have ever eaten. I kid you not, it tasted as if it had been in the boiler for days. I had two bites, and threw it in the garbage.... my dog wouldnt even eat it, and that alone speaks volumes. And they want $15 an hour?

Horrible Sonic. Ive had to wait over 2 minutes for 2 sodas. Most of the time you push the button or pull up to the drive thru and they just dont answer. The last three times Ive been there I left with nothing because they either didnt acknowledge I was there or told us their systems were down. Dont bother going for ice cream, as their machine is perpetually broken. The staff seem to have a work ethic problem and are very rude. How this place hasnt been shut down by Sonic corporate is beyond me.

Worst Sonic Ever. I have a problem every single time i go here. Which is lame because i live right next to it and I love sonic. Wait times are ridiculously long, staff is incompetent and rude and only work when they feel like working. A few times ive tried going and their "systems were down".. which is convenient way of saying we dont feel like working right now come back later. Takes 10+ minutes to get ice cream and by the time i actually got it it was half melted.

Idiots are working here. First, I noticed they are doing away with the drive through window. WHO DOES THAT? If you have the window, use it. Now it takes longer to get your food. 2nd: the lady who brought the food out- brought it out all stupid. Like, she put the burger in a bag and gave me the tots separately. Who does that? Yeah... because we like to hold each item of our food separately while trying to carry it inside when we get home with only TWO hands, right?

Worst sonic in the world. The people are ignorant and they dont care. I cant believe the owners havent got word of this yet. The food is poorly put together and it takes for ever to get your food. Talking a cercain way to your homies is cool but whwn your at work you need to carry yourself to a certain standard. Then whwn they hand you your food they dont speak. Just give you your food and walk away. Horrible horrible service. Never going there again.

Go to the drive thru at 10:55pm took them a minute to speak to me. Then told me they were closed. I asked what time did they close and they said 11. It wasnt 11. I let them know it wasnt 11 yet and I can hear employees in the background yelling through the speaker that theyre closed. I let her know there was a couple cars waiting to order behind me. She didnt care. Id rather them not spit in my food so I left. Unfortunate customer service is hard to do

The WORST Sonic I have ever been to! The employees were rude, the girl working the window at the drive thru was arguing with the shift leader that she doesnt want to work that section. They forgot stuff from my huge order...I ordered a Rt 44 drink (Got A Lg), a Sonic Blast, and popcorn ck. Hello where is my straw? My spoon? Heck it took over 2 min for her to find my receipt. Again the WORST Sonic!!!!!

OMG!! This is the WORST Sonic I have ever been too. Only go to this Sonic if you want to wait forever for your order. I kid you not...I waited almost 10 min for only a soda once through the drive-thru. Every time we go there the wait is horrible. Food is not great at all. Came home once with our order to find our hamburger was missing something....THE MEAT! REALLY?!?! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Sonic.

THIS SONIC SUCKS. I drove in to order a SMALL shake. I was informed that the place was out of small cups. Simple solution right? Give me a medium at small price. NOT! The girl working the microphone came out to explain that she was told by her manager that she would get in trouble for doing that. BAD NANAGER.

Longest wait time out of every sonic Ive been to. It took 20 minutes on one occasion to get a single ice cream and the staff came to the window 5 times asking what I was waiting for. I would have left if I hadnt paid already. They also ran out of ketchup one time. How do you run out of ketchup...?

Literally the worst sonic ever got chased off the road by one of the MANAGERS because she thought I "didnt pay for my food" then proceeded to call the gm and she acted like what I said wasnt real. Never going to another sonic ever again

Service is horrible. The staff seems like they dont even care most of the time. It takes 20 minutes for them to take your order sometimes... Honestly feels like the sonic lacks management period. I like sonic but this one sucks...

Probably the worst sonic Ive ever been to. Expect to wait AT LEAST 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges that youre there to take your order. Then expect to wait even longer to actually get your food, which is usually cold.

This Sonic does not know how to cook the onion rings. I was in today for lunch. This is the 2nd time I have gone and the onion rings were not fit to eat. They might need new management. I will not go back to this sonic.
