My husband and I LOVE this place. We went to several steakhouses in Houston, they were all overpriced and we were less than impressed. Went to one and it was so bad they gave us a coupon to go back. When we did, we never even got our food because our server forgot us. When we got tired of waiting and asked for the check we found out it had been sitting at pickup for 20 minutes. The ribeyes here are excellent. The sweet potatoes too. Its a shame they dont have happy hour but the place is always so packed they wouldnt have enough room at the bar. My husband and I will be celebrating Valentines Day there tomorrow but we will be going EARLY - there are no reservations. Now that we have found this place we dont eat steaks anywhere else.

I was so excited about the opening of this restaurant, but when I finally went in I was really disappointed. The service is horrible! Our waitress brought us water in dirty cups, served the appetizers without giving us plates or utensils, and we had to wait 10-15 minutes before we got them. She never refilled our drinks or brought the check after she removed our plates. Didnt even ask if we needed anything throughout our time there. For as much work they put into decorating their new place they should invest more time in training their employees.

Steak had a lot of their signature steak spice powder so tasting the actual steak flavor was pretty much impossible. I suggest ordering your steak with light or no spice powder. We paid $132.45 for 4 steak dinners, 4 jack/coke drinks, 1 coffee & 1 sweet tea. Lunch hour dining on Good Friday (regular menu prices). This also includes 18% tip. So honestly I feel pricing was reasonable for a steakhouse. The waitress was a sweetheart & the manager made it a point to visit every table to ensure customer happiness.

Great food no matter what youre ordering. Creativity thrives here! The flavor combinations in their appetizers, salads, desserts...ugh, everything...they keep me coming back & looking forward to the next visit. I love that they keep in mind whats in season and make it shine. You can tell the kitchen is putting their heart into it. The ambiance here is simply one of the best. So proud to have them in our little neighborhood. Oh yea, and "The Perfect"....not lying! DO NOT leave without having one...or two!

i love going to this location because they do great salmon, however, i was disappointed in the waitress, last week my family and i went there for dinner, i inform the waitress that the plates are wet that was place on the table, her response "its just water" now i dont know that its just water and u cant expect a customer to eat bread or the other meals on a plate of water. the plates/silver ware must be presented clean and dry for customer

service was a bit slow ordered the chicken bites and they felt a bit under cooked My ribeye was over cooked but my wifes was done right they did fix the issue but by then my lobster tail was cold and family was done eating I know it had to have been an off night for them because normally everything is good but do to yesterdays experience I rate them 3/5

Terrible! Weve been here plenty of times loved loved it but this time. We were not checked in properly. Then we waited & waited for someone to take our drink order. We have never had to wait that long any of the other times we were here. And its not that packed either. Ordered a watermelon drink never came! So what ever !!! Not happy at all!!

I was so excited to finally get to eat at the longhorn steak house. It took a longtime for our food. Some of our food was cold. The server was lacking personality, didnt really listen to people and if she didnt understand your order..... just ask ....to repeat please! Nice building and decoration. This was off Beltway 8.

Ordered a Ribeye steak and broccoli, got a salad and the freshes bread possible, Super friendly staff! The Steak was perfect, the salad and bread was great! No complaints! Great Eats! Oh one friend got the Hawaiian Salmon, I am going back to get that one and I HATE SALMON but that was SO DELICIOUS!!!!

Was greeted at the door with a 30 minute delay. After walking the floor I noticed at least 15 empty booths and tables. On a Sunday! (Update) Wait time was around 8 mins. Entrees came after around 20 mins of being sat down. Food was great and service by our waiter, Spencer was superb. Greatly recommend it.

Tried to go here for dinner with the family to celebrate New Years. But they wont take reservations and their ONE table that can support 9 people already had a line up of three families waiting. Were heading to Saltgrass across the highway instead. They said 9 people was NO problem.

A total disappointment. We never got the courtesy bread (free bread they usually give), which we didnt mind but still. Then they delivered the food 45 minutes after we order it! On top of that my husbands steel was cold. Overall poor service, not worth it. Will not recommend it.

This restaurant is a bit pricey for what you get. The food is good but its not great. On this particular visit the service left much to be desired. Server was slow, not knowledgeable about key menu items and food arrived a bit on the colder side. Will not return.

Still the same things.. Hostess on her phone ignoring us in non peak hours. Dirty plates set first. Ignorant seating selection. Overpriced small steaks not cooked right. Complete failure. Paper napkins dry bread and butter so frozen we cant spread it.

I order my food to go and once I got home. It was horrible the baked potato was just a baked potato. No topping and I order it with the works. Chicken &Stuffed Portabella was just not good at all. So I will not be visiting this place anymore.

The food is good but the service could be better. When its not busy you are waiting to be seated. Then it takes them forever to come get your drink order and food order. If your lucky you get a server who comes back to refill your drinks.

Had the a salad and the salmon. The salmon was excellent, moist. BeSt Ive had in a long time. I believe its the best. A lot of times salmon is too dry not this. I dont eat much beef, but I think Ill have to try come back and try it here.

I love it here! The service is always great, the food is amazing, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. My boyfriend loves the steak and I always get the grilled chicken & avocado flat bread sandwich, so good!

Amazing steaks, Awesome service, great management!!!! Love the service at this place. It is hard to have steaks seasoned and cooked as you expect. I go here about once a week now! I am so a steak lover.
