The One Place Ill never go to again. Customer service is nonexistent. I spoke to the owner about the wait time and his response was, "Give him is money back. Hell be happy somewhere else." Ive never been treated like that in my life. He tried to state that the snow ball making process was labor intensive and people dont understand. I explained that Im from New Orleans and grew up on snowballs. Never in my life have I waited 20 minutes to get a snowball after I ordered it. Well he didnt like that and began to brag about how much of their products come from New Orleans. The one thing that he forgot to import from New Orleans was customer service. New Orleans is a tourist destination not just because of the food, but because they way you are treated. You cant sustain a business without repeat customers. You just lost one.

Amazing Cajun cuisine. This place is well known for their shaved ice cones, but wait until you taste their Cajun seafood! Youll flip. Be it the Gumbo or Poboys, boy will this give you a Louisiana trip for cheap! Reminds me of my time in Louisiana, bunch of great people and amazing food. 4 stars cause you dont get Gumbo all the time. They wait until the weather turns cold and then start the Gumbo season. I WANT GUMBO ALL THE TIME! Sorry but yalls Gumbo is off the chain!

The daiquiris are so good and the crawfish is really spicy! Delicious flavors with reasonable prices. The crawfish are big too. They have a huge list of snow cones and another list of daiquiris. The lady who helped us was so sweet. I wish they had offered us trays when we sat down to eat though. We didnt know they had trays until we we were done with our food. Beside that, excellent crawfish spot. Ill definitely be back.

I love their drinks!! If Mrs.Sherry is there have her make you an alcohol infused snow cone, they are sooo good! We have tried many different flavors of drinks and snow cones and I havent found one I just dont like yet. If you cant make up your mind on what you want just ask Mrs.Sherry and she wont disappoint you!

We had 5 lbs crawfish (awesome sauce garlic butter), shrimp PO boy, coke & a large Mudslide Daiquiri $56. Best crawfish all season, super large & spiced just right. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great 1st experience! Super nice staff too. All-around place.....

Great crawfish mac and cheese balls though sometimes they are out. Everything I have had is good. My only gripe is the line/ordering process. Too often they take one order at a time and could really benefit from some efficiency. Also the adult drinks are good as well.

Uhm it was okay. I got a 32oz daiquiri and mac and cheese crawfish balls. Very little alcohol in the daiquiri, didnt have any flavor. The crawfish balls have a lot of potential but do not have any flavor. Pretty tasteless. I highly doubt I will be returning

This place is a nice little spot to sit and enjoy a snow cone with the kids. I have been here twice Just for the snow cones. And its a good little drive. I will be back again

I love this place! The crawfish are so clean and nicely seasoned! It may take 15-20 minutes, but its worth the wait! Dont forget the crawfish sauce, and a daiquiri!
