Dirty, unfriendly and COLD! It was 59° outside, and when we entered the building, the A/C was running and every ceiling fan was on. We decided to take our meal to-go after not being able to find a spot that wasnt freezing, nor being able to find a clean table in an empty dining room. The manager offered to turn the air off, but we politely asked to change our order to-go anyway. The lady that had to "bag" our food, rolled her eyes upon hearing the news, and spouted off, in Spanish. I speak Spanish, the lady called me a moron. Once back in the warm car and on the road, we realized that we recieved someone elses order and none of what we ordered. Overall very unpleasant experience.

Up until tonight, this JIB has always been pretty good. Seem like over the past year though things just got worse and worse. Tonight was the last time. Not only did the person who took my order argue with me and actually tell me I WAS WRONG and that they had filled what I had ordered (when the receipt even showed they were wrong), but then the Manager came out and started to argue with me. Forget me and my family ever going back to this JIB, if ANY. There are plenty of burger joints out here who know how to treat their customers, namely, with RESPECT!

Worst location I have ever been to. Every time: drive through takes forever, short staffed, and food prep is sub par and not near as good as other locations. For example the dining was closed this morning so forced to use drive through. Sat in drive through for over 30 minutes and then at the window another 10. This is the norm here. Also the second time Ive looked for a receipt to call and complain and guess what.. they purposely dont give receipts so I dont have one.

Decided to make the order easy so the person taking order wont have to ask much so i order #15 and the non speaking English person says with a eggroll.. Im thinking what the heck.. no with frys... took him a little while before he finally caught on just a number 15 with frys and a spirit. The pita bread was hard and get a look at the lettuce lol. So much for easy and good.. go figure

Waited in drive thru line forever. Then I pay for my food I get handed 1 out of 3 drinks then food and told thats it. Girl at window no customer service rude look when I told her missing 2 drinks. I drive off and Im missing 10 nuggets the lobby barely closed and shift lead or manager doesnt know store managers,name . And I have to get back in line total waste of $26

I love jack in the box. Love it!! The reason there is a 2 star is because this lady with the blonde hair and glasses what the worse customer service lady to deal with and has no communication skills. It is 2:24pm on saturday 4▪15▪17. I hope she learns better comunications skills and knew how to smile

I literally just spent over 50.00 here getting the family dinner for the night and was told no sweet tea and that they wont make any for the 6 I just ordered. The young girl @ the register said "Kroger has sweet tea. Go there and get some" REALLY? WOW

I like some of Jack and the Box foods. One of my favs is the Teriyaki bowl. You can order extra chicken and sauce at no extra charge. The cheap tacos are a great value if you are close to the teeth on eating budget.

I have been sitting in the drive thru for 20 mins waiting on an order of bacon fries. This is ridiculous! They are not even busy on the inside. Makes me wonder what theyre doing into there! I will NOT ever be back!

Received the wrong order and management supposedly wrote my name down and told me to come anytime for replacement order. Upon return no one could find my name and no one was willing to honor my replacement order.

Why I hated this place..... where do I start? There is always a loooooong wait. Never friendly staff. I ordered one item. And they got it wrong. But did I get a receipt? No. Of course I didnt.

Service was extremely slow as usual. Food s great but service is really bad. Dont understand why this location is so slow. This trip was 30 min in drive through. CRAZY!!

This is a decent location. It stays clean and they typically get the orders correct. They run out of condiments, ice, and basic items often when you eat inside though.
